Motel was nice and clean. It could have been remodeled with in the last few years. Room was very clean. Three pillows on both beds. Bed was excellent nice and firm. The help were very helpful. Breakfast, Great A lot to pick form. I think price was moderate. I have stated in places that cost more and were not as nice.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Place could use good cleaning everywhere. Exhaust fan noisy. Windows filthy inside. Breakfast was almost non existent 2nd and 3rd day. At 8am no hot items left, waffle mix a grey color, cold items gone. Wet carpet and wall in hallway main floor. Can hear street traffic 3rd floor. Friendly staff

We arrived last night, tired and shaky but was greeted warmly and shown our very nicely appointed double queen disability accessible room. The clerk apologized that the new bellhop cart had not arrived so then he helped my husband and I get stuff into our room. We had a nice breakfast to start our day off and just got back after going to museums with our grand babies. We will definitely stay here again and we try to always stay Choice when we travel.

We always stay here when we go to Dubuque. The rooms are very clean and they have recently done some upgrades to the property. The price is a real value. The breakfast is very good and Melissa makes you feel very welcome. I recommend this hotel.

Check in was good with the gentleman, He allowed us to inspect the room for bed bugs and bugs. However during the inspection we did see a hole in the wall next to the night stand and behind the restroom door is a door stopper and it was stuck inside the door. We did inform the front desk. The top cover on the bed was dirty. It had hair and stains. Easy fix took off. After 10 Pm kids were running upstairs into the late hours. Breakfast was okay, however they had a baseball team of some sort and they cleaned out breakfast. We were having to wait and no where to sit. My husband called the front desk to ask for a late check out we only asked for a 12.....the lady at the front desk said no only until 11:30. He hung up and said only until 11:30. I said I'm sorry but we are Platinum members. So I called back and the same lady answered I asked her if we could get a 12 check out because we are platinum members. She answered that she doesn't know. she had to ask the manager. I said okay that was fine and would call the room back. The manager called back a few minutes later and said that upon availability that we could stay until 12. I then told him we actually could check out at 1:00 however I was only needing until 12. I'm sorry but as a Platinum member. We can check in 2 hours early and check out 2 hours later. Yes I would stay again and recommend. Not mad at all with this place if you could just inform the front desk about the choice privileges.................. ................... However this is for the guests staying. The breakfast room is for that, "breakfast" please eat and get the heck out. other guests want to eat too. It is not a Denny's or IHOP. Be considerate of others. Control your kids if running around. Don't be rude, if you or a child finishes something inform the front desk. Don't put it back empty. Others want to eat and drink too!

the beds could be softer and the pillows the people here tho are very polite and the breakfast was very solid other then that I have found no stains or bed bug in my room

Small rooms, but great cheap option. Continental breakfast and a pool. Dog friendly! Hard to get ahold of the front desk though when needing something.
