Quality Inn Dublin I-81 - Hotel in Dublin - 4424 Cleburne Blvd I-81 at, State Hwy 100, USA

First, this Hotel has two floors but has no elevator. So if you can't handle the steps, make sure you tell them. Friday Evening, Kids were running up and down the halls making a lot of noise which woke up a lot of other guests. The parents are at fault here, but Management should have stepped in and told them to keep the noise down. I got very little sleep that evening. These kids were still at it at 2 AM knocking on people's doors and running away. Again, the parents are at fault but Management should have stepped in. No other complaints except that they no longer have Gravy for the Biscuits during Breakfast, we were told that the owner stopped the gravy due to cost-effectiveness. The items that the owner buys for breakfast are a 100% write-off on the Business Taxes so the cost shouldn't be a factor. BRING BACK THE GRAVY! The room was extremely hot and it took a while for the window floor unit to cool the room down. The AC unit is also very loud. I didn't have to pay for the room since we were here in Business. But I have already asked that we use another hotel until the owners here upgrade this hotel.

The staff's very friendly and accommodating, especially Ashley. I travel for business and have to stay in Dublin often. I will continue to stay here although the rooms could use some updating. That's because of Ashley and her courteous disposition. The rooms are dated but always clean. I've read the reviews about the smoke smell in the hallway. I smell it when walking past other guests, probably smokers wearing the scent on their clothing. However, I've never smelled smoke in the guests rooms and I've stayed at this property multiple times. If you anticipate the tractor trailer noise to be a problem, ask for a room pool-side. Also, please know there is no elevator on the property. There is a good Mexican restaurant next door and an Italian chain restaurant within walking distance. They latter gives a 10% discount when you show them your room key. This area is safe, just off I-81, but at the end of a street so there's very little traffic.

I agree with some of the comments that the people working here are very nice. But the hotel room was filthy. Let me clarify. The bathroom was actually somewhat clean (don’t peek behind the toilet) and so was the room refrigerator but that’s where it ended. Our non-smoking hotel room wreaked of smoke. I assume the sheets had been washed but lots of old, deep stains. Both comforters had cigarette burn holes and the coverlets had very dark new looking stains. Lots of stains on the glass of the art frames, like they’ve never been windexed. Open the drawer: mold inside the drawer. Yikes.The only reason we didn’t check out was that it was Va Tech graduation and no other options available.

Super nice lobby, very quiet. The hotel attendant was very helpful and diligent on keeping the grounds supervised and safe. Would recommend 100% again. Will be using this hotel often on my travels to the South from NY.

My son and I are in between homes as my current is falling apart and my landlord will not pay to fix anything. My new home is having the roof repaired so just needed somewhere to stay for a few nights. I pre booked with Expedia. I get to the hotel and as soon as I hand over my license I am told they do not book rooms for anyone who lives in Pulaski, I’m guessing due to prior people from the town causing issues. The woman at the front desk was so apologetic and even called the manager to try and see if we would be allowed to stay and she was told no. I even have proof of the damage of my home. I have never in my life heard of a hotel being able to not book you due to the town/city on your license. Now I’m waiting for a refund in 3-5 days and beyond frustrated.

Mr. Ernie, an employee at the Quality hotel in Dublin, is highly regarded for his exceptional customer service. He has earned the respect of all the drivers at the hotel. Recently, there was an incident where I mistakenly tried to enter a room that was already occupied by another customer. Mr. Ernie promptly apologized to both the customer and myself for the inconvenience. He explained that it was a computer issue that failed to show the room as occupied. I personally witnessed Mr. Ernie's professionalism and commitment to resolving the situation. His dedication to providing excellent customer service is truly commendable.

Everything was great and the staff was very friendly, Erin in the front desk was very nice and friendly and shared some amazing local history. Rooms are clean and the coffee in the lobby was great.

Booked a two queen room, was clean, bathroom as well is nice. Costed a little more than $70, which is a good deal for the quality, which isn’t half bad. The breakfast is fairly large and good. I experienced no problems with this hotel.
