I stayed here a few nights ago and I had an incredible experience. Upon entry, I was welcomed and greeted by the staff. They were so friendly and very helpful in finding me things to do in the area! The rooms were very clean and fresh and also smelled very nice. I was able to relax without any disturbances and walk next door for a nice meal. I have nothing but nice things to say about this place. I had an amazing experience. 5 stars for me. Will definitely be back!!
House keep never came to the room, and I asked for it. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. Phone in the room doesn't work, so if you need anything from the front desk you have to got there. PS this is a 2 floors, no elevators so if you have lot of luggage and you are on the 2nd floor you have to carry it up.|The front desk lady Debby, was very nice, she is very good with the customers, I saw her helping lots of customer's complaining, 1 person about mold in his room, she when with the customer to a new room for him to make sure is was ok, she is very good.
If I could leave a zero I would. They're crooks because the lady at the front desk and I got into a disagreement, she lied and said I smoked in my room. Which is insane I have never smoked in my life. They kept my deposit. I am in marketing and I will continue to leave reviews about this crooked hotel. Not to mention the disagreement was because she was high on something and we could barely understand her. Do not stay here
Front desk was fast, service was excellent! Rosemary & Tina were friendly and well informed about the area. Debbie and Patrick were very accommodating with the beautiful pool amenities. Lush landscaping surrounded the property making it appealing to be poolside. We had a pet friendly room that was convenient to the pet friendly area outside.
Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Towels and linens were brand new. Toiletries were provided and very nice. Had a wonderful stay! Will definitely be back!
Older hotel, but close to beaches and downtown. Staff was friendly, but facility could use a refurb. Even so, room was nice and quiet, very spacious. Flanigans is almost always good food at all of their establishments. Nice having it adjoined.
One does not expect great things from Quality Inn, but my stay at the Downtown Stuart location was beyond subpar.
Upon arrival to my room, the A/C unit was turned off and the room was stifling.
There is no elevator. There was an unpleasant odor in the hallways.
And when I woke up the following morning I found a cockroach on the nightstand and multiple crawling about in the bathroom.
When I informed the receptionist, she tried playing it off as I was in the wrong for not alerting them sooner. Trust me, had I seen them the night prior I wouldn’t have bothered staying. She did not offer any sort of credit.
Would not stay again.
DO NOT STAY HERE. HORRIBLE PLACE. Go 30 seconds up the road and spend the same for The Best Western! WE DID.
Arrived at the inn super early in AM due to a flight delay. My family and I were on 24 hrs of little to no sleep. We got to our room to notice that the room smelled of mold and there were bugs on the wall (roaches) We made the mistake right there by not just leaving! We fell asleep and then got our room changed the next day. This room was no better. Smelt a little better but still had mold smell. Came in one night to more Bugs! I was told "well its florida" Complained again and got a 3rd room. Before this I made sure i saw the room first to verify. It was OK. Went back to our room and packed up and started the move AGAIN. We moved our stuff and kids to this room and I don't know if they sprayed after we looked at it but the room had a strong scent of a spray (maybe for bugs?) We were DONE It was midnight and kids were tired. We slept and woke up and had our day then went back and told them we were leaving, and the reasons why. I was told that there's nothing they can do Until the GM Rose came in the next day. Ok Here is my info Please have her call me ASAP. We end up going to the Best western down the road. The next day I waited till around 3 before I called. Rose Got my message and she never called she refunded me for the last night which would be 1 night even though I left the day before that but because it was after check out she charged me. I was in shock. 3 different rooms and pictures of bugs and your going to charge me full stay? I understand I didn't get a Marriott But there needs to be a standard here regardless.
Do not stay at the quality inn. They have a bunch of issue's and they don't care about customer service. I wasn't expecting a complete refund, but give me a break!
This hotel needs a major refresh. The room was dated and worn. Our TV was at least 10 years old and had a grainy picture that came in and out our lampshades were cracked, bathroom fixtures old and worn. We appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. But overall, the hotel was a great disappointment. We won't be back..
