Quality Inn Denver Northeast Brighton - Hotel in Brighton - 15150 Brighton Rd, USA

Staff is STELLAR. Room is lacking, room door was terrible to open, stayed for a week and almost went home with a dislocated shoulder from trying to get into the room. Tub didn't drain, so showers had to be quick, bathroom sink had a constant leak. Room was nice but not clean, hair on sink and bathroom floor when we checked in, and towel had mysterious brown stains I pray was makeup. Asked staff to address issues every day, and they were curious, but nothing was fixed. I wouldn't stay here again, but again, the staff was friendly and outgoing and that's the reason they get 2 stars.

It took over 20 minutes just to get checked in, like they don't know what they're doing, I was the only one checking in and had a reservation. If you need to get some sleep forget it, it's to close to the highway and RR tracks and the fire alarm went off at 4:10 in the morning for about 20 minutes, I called the front desk and no answer. Also the room smelled bad and had an uncovered outlet by the sink, first and last time for me.

There is no polite way to say how my "stay" was at the Denver North. We booked the room. Shortly after we drove straight to the hotel. My girlfriend got out after parking by the front entrance to go check in while I waited. No issues checking in, she go into our vehical again keys in hand, drive to the back entrance where she was told would be the most convenient entrance to get to our room. Parked the car, and say in it not doing anything but finishing up my casino online game while we waited for a man who was talking to himself to move from the front of our car, because it's ok to use precautions when dealing with people with a severe mental illness. So we waited patiently, no rush. That's when our car lit up completely blinding us. I turned to see what was going on and 2 patrol vehical with the Brighton police department had parked behind us blocking us in unable to leave. They approached our vehical and asked what we were doing sitting in our car , that they had been watching us and we were acting suspect. And since this was a well known (not to us obviously) drug area we seemed suspicious. We told them we just pulled in back less than 5 min prior to them blinding us, they said well where is your key card then. So we showed them. They asked our names, which we gave them.( Won't ever do that again if I don't have to) At this point I'm irritated and asked if we were being detained? He said that yes we were. I asked what crime have we committed ? He said he didn't know yet, that's what he was trying to figure out.... completely illegal by the way. He ran my gf name it came back CLEAR, the office then stated, " there's no way your clear, I'm going to have them run it again. And he did . The second time she came back with a warrant out of los Vegas, which was impossible. We argued with them that they have the wrong chick, the other officer then proceeded to rip the cigarette from my mouth and tell me I had one as well. ( Impossible) After a long while of harassment and illegal searches we were booked on our warrants out of los Vegas and held till morning for court. During court we were released on our bogus warrants because they said that las Vegas didn't want to pursue charges and dismissed them and we were released. This hotel the next day when I asked for the security camera footage of us that night tearing up our car and arresting us, he showed me a black car like mine parked back right where we were parked , except it was not our car , it was not us. And he said that was the only car all night out back the night we were arrested. To this day he has no given me any footage of the arrest and the cops continue to lie to cover up their illegal conduct. DO NOT STAY HERE . PLAIN AND SIMPLE . IF YOU LIKE 2 HOTS AND A COT BY ALL MEANS...BUT I WOULDN'T. I still have PTSD from that nightmare. I gave a single star for the rooms which is to high since I never even was able to put my bags away after checking. That's how quickly this was executed. Oh one more thing, we have a 14 year old sick Chihuahua that's always with us , they left the dog locked in the car until someone showed up to get it , didn't know who was taking our dog or our car and released into questions asked. Our dog was traumatized to say the least.

Positive: The morning breakfast was good Negative: The tub/shower was rusty. Door to my room stuck badly making it difficult to open or close, toilet stopped up.

Not bad, but definitely not a 3 Star hotel as advertised by Hotwire. Pool/whirlpool are out of service. It's fine if you just need a place to crash for a night. Breakfast was available, your standard waffles, etc nothing fancy. The whole property could use a deep clean, new carpets and new paint.

Positive: Location close to my event breakfast OK had eggs and meat. Negative: Rooms needed updating The carpet is not clean unexpected deposit required at check in. Negative: ""

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. When I booked the room I paid more then my receipt said and they charged me an extra 100$ saying that the room was trashed. They are nothing but a rip off. I'm not happy at all with this place. I will never stay there again and I will tell anyone who asks me about them that is trash not to stay there

This place has the WORST customer service that I have encountered in a long long time. I stayed 2 nights here, was supposed to be 3 BUT... I was run off after being promised a discount for my last night's stay. The front desk person, a guy whose name I would have loved to share, actually told me to SHUT MY TRAP!!!! Do yourselves a favor and find a better place to stay!!!! It's hard to find a good place to stay that won't break the bank but this discount is NOT WORTH IT!!!! Also, the rooms are nothing to write home about, the beds aren't very comfortable, the linens aren't inviting...actually felt unclean and although they had a pool and hot tub, the hotel inspector did not let them be open to the public...told to me by the front desk employee themselves.
