DIRTY, DISGUSTING, GROSS. VERY UNCLEAN!!!
The staff was very very nice and kind. They came and looked at the room they had put me in and she was grossed out. She immediately moved us to different room. It looked much better but when pulled blankets back on bed there was some hair and dirt in bed. It was apparently the same sheets from previous person. I've been driving 12 hours and at this point wiped the sheets with a wash cloth and reluctantly climbed in. Ugh!!!!! Not worth $150.00 sorry but only stayed out of desperation. Never to return.
I have pictures of the bugs, body hair, and finger or toe nails of 1st room bed. Really, keep driving unless you are going to fall asleep at the wheel and have no choice like me.
Front desk service was excellent and very helpful and resourceful, letting us know about local places to eat. The location is great right off major highways. Breakfast was very good. The hotel room was very clean BUT it had a strong mildew smell.. The AC did not properly cool the room. The carpet on the floor felt damp.
I stayed one night and when I returned in the evening, a large wasp was behind the curtain in the window. I was told by Barbie at the front desk that she couldn’t do anything and there is no maintenance. NOT EVEN A CAN OF SPRAY! I packed and went downstairs and waited on the couch so I could check out. She had 3 people in line, looks past them and tells me could get my things and leave. I was embarrassed! There are multiple wasp nests outside the windows and inside the windows. I could see them going in and out when I went outside to put my things in the car. There are also dehumidifiers in the hallways and there is moisture in the carpet. The items in the room are old, the wallpaper is peeling from the walls, and there is a white reside from the moisture in the carpet along the walls in the room. DO NOT STAY HERE! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN!
Was hesitant to book here based on some other reviews and how cheap the price was but so glad we did! Rooms and bathroom clean, beds and pillows VERY comfortable, front desk service was friendly and breakfast was great! Yes, the rooms were outdated but who cares. The hallway had a stale smell but the room did not. Very pleased!
Positive: Had a nice breakfast. Negative: The check-in clerk was quite rude. I asked for a 1st floor room due to my knee injury. The clerk said her knee hurt too and she was full up. There were about 12 cars in the parking lot at 7:00 pm and the next morning at 8:00 am.
The smoke smell was SOOO bad we left after going to our room. The hallways were saturated with smoke smell...and this is a non-smoking hotel where they make you confirm you know there's a $250 cleaning fee...BS. This is the ONLY time in my decades of travel I've left a hotel without staying to find another location to sleep. Awful
Rooms are not very clean. Everything feels sticky, I found rat droppings and shedded up paper in the dresser and nightstand, mystery substance on laminated tv guide. Fire alarm went off randomly in the morning, the walls are very thin, so when someone smoked weed inside the building(everyday) it made my whole room smell like weed. Location is pretty convenient which was nice.
The employees were nice. The toilet flushed half the time. The trash can was full when we checked in. The tub leaked. The room just wasn't very clean, but the bed was comfortable enough, and I didn't find any bedbugs.
Ashley was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. I canât wait to get my chair and ottoman which will be delivered Friday.
I stopped to look at another chair I had a picture of. Ashley showed it to me and it was beautiful, however
We had a great time very peaceful even though the police showed up it didn't interfere with us, nice to see their presence if something were to happen, they drove through a few times too. Nice to have so many areas and the pond with the ducks and swa
