This stay was a late night check-in for rest. The staff is very kind. The pool was clean (checked it out before we left). The breakfast offerings weren't great, but I had enough choices to fill the bread basket. The bed and rooms were clean. The only issue was that the front of our air conditioner was not attached. Will absolutely stay again when passing through Alabama.
Stayed here for one night while traveling first of all, I booked a room with 1 king size bed, I was put in a room with 2 doubles. Secondly, there was dog hair on my sheets. Lastly, some lady came banging at my door at 8:30AM, woke me up and I answered it, she told me it was 11AM and she was housekeeping and I needed to get out. I don’t know what that was about because it was 8:30AM, not 11. But that was not okay.
Receptionist was nice. Room was very musty smelling. AC turned on and off every 5 min (noisy). Did not get good sleep. Shower head had a leak that sprayed over the floor. Free breakfast was a no go for me.
If you have any self respect, then do not stay here or encourage this business. The hotel is gross - from crud on the key card to the showerhead. It smells moldy. I will never stay here again and will always advise anyone I know in the area to steer clear. Be warned.
The rooms were very nice and clean. Very well kept I highly recommend this place. Beds are comfortable.
Positive: Location Negative: Craziness. First Staff gave us key to an occupied room. Imagine opening a a door at 4 am and finding a whole man sleeping. The after very late check in at 4 am cleaning staff started knocking on door at 8 am continually until we checked out at 10 am.
You get what you pay for. Rooms seemed to be clean and ours didn’t smell like others experienced. Definitely do not plan on enjoying breakfast…unless you’re just ok with cereal. Everything else for breakfast was not good.
Positive: Location Negative: Barely any water pressure. Pool locked until 9am. No access to outdoor seating for breakfast. Breakfast was pitiful.
This hotel is absolutely the very best in all of the hotel stays we have been. From the parking lot to our room was one awesome surprise after another. The decorations & warm atmosphere made us feel right at home. The front desk was well attended
