Quality Inn Conyers I-20 - Featured Reviews (581)
We dropped off friends who didn't speak English. The desk clerk asked my husband (very coldly)why is this room in your name when they're staying here. My husband explained because he'd made the reservation since they spoke no English. She then snapped, "well since your name is on here you're responsible for a y damages." The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but it reeked of cigarette smoke. When we informed the clerk, she said sometimes people stand outside the room to smoke and don't realize the smoke is going into the room. That was not the case as the smell was very strong. The rooms were very old and very dated. The beds were old with very old and linens. Not on my choice list ever again. Usually Quality Inns are decent places to stay.
Location was probably the greatest thing about the hotel. Dead bolt on door doesn’t lock. Floors are disgusting. Do y’all even own a mop? Because not once while the house cleaners were “cleaning” I never seen a mop being used in any room. Looks like dried blood behind one of the night stands. Found hair from the previous person along the shower walls. They have nothing for breakfast beside a waffle, toast, or cereal. Breakfast is suppose to be 6-10 on Saturdays and Sunday's, but breakfast was being cleaned up at 9:30 while we were sitting eating and the lady was staring at us the whole time we were in there. The bed was actually comfortable, just noisy. Pillows are terrible, bring your own. We asked for additional pillows, but all we got was pillow cases. Right off the interstate. The price wasn’t bad, but if you can spend a little more for a better room, I definitely would.
I recently stayed at the Quality Inn Conyers and was extremely disappointed. The location was the only positive aspect of the hotel. The TV in the room was old and frequently glitched, making it difficult to watch anything. The breakfast offered was very basic, consisting only of waffles and cereal, which was quite disappointing.
The shower curtain in the bathroom was old and moldy, causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor every time I took a shower. The pool was dirty and murky, with leaves floating in it. Despite the hotel's advertisement, there was no fitness center available.
During my four-day stay, housekeeping only came to change the garbage and swap the towels. The beds were uncomfortable and clearly not properly cleaned, as I found stains on both the pillows and sheets. To top it off, I even found a cockroach on my towel. The microwave was rusty and emitted a foul smell, and the mini fridge was wobbly. The floors were extremely dirty, and I had to wipe everything down and spray everything with disinfectant spray, including the pillows and blankets.
Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. There are far better options in the area that are worth spending a little extra money on.
Avoid this place! We booked and paid through a popular online site as usually, when we arrived they claimed online booking wasn't accepted and I had to pay at the counter and that the online charge would not go through. Well, of course we were double charged and it's been over a month of phone calls with both the hotel and the online booking agency. Neither has issued a refund. To make matters worse the area is terrible, very loud and unsafe atmosphere. The room was filthy with stains on the sheets. Do not stay here!
They need to change their name cause the quality isn’t there at all. The area was great, but when it came to the rooms, not so much! Literally changed my hotel for my last two days in GA bc of how unclean that hotel was. Don’t recommend
I stayed at this Quality Inn several times & overall I had a good experience w/hotel staff until I was checked in by the Mngr. BEN! Ben who called the police on me for requesting a copy of my receipt after paying to extend my stay. I am a Choice Rewards member & I was appalled that he is a manager of any establishment. The police arrived & waited for my money to be refunded immediately & I left. The police was called on me because he did not want to print me a receipt!
Where do I start with this place...
The floors were absolutely disgusting. I wet a wash cloth and wiped the floor between the bed and I'm pretty sure I ruined it. Dirty, dirty, dirty....
The tub did not drain properly, so I enjoyed showering in 2"-3" of the filth that I just washed off me.
The toilet seat was broken, so you may want to hold your poop, or be extremely careful while sitting down.
The security latch on the door was broken so I'm sure one of the outstanding citizens of the Conyers area could have just walked on in.
I was extremely disappointed and disgusted with this room and urge others to spend the extra money to stay somewhere nice.
If you work at the CDC or do research on contagious diseases, you'll love this place!!!!
Do better......

It was perfect for what we needed. A clean room, a comfortable bed and a place to shower. The staff that checked us in was remarkably efficient and when I went downstairs later to get a snack called me by my first name as soon as she saw me. A littl
