Quality Inn Columbia Airport - Hotel in West Columbia - 2516 Augusta Rd, USA

I stayed there lastnight…It was such an absolutely disgusting experience, We decided go to another hotel.||From the moment we arrived…||-There were people screaming and arguing with each other while we were trying to check-in.||-People who obviously lived there were hanging around the parking lot and sidewalks drinking, and being ridiculously loud.||-The carpet throughout the hallway to the room was grossly stained, and smells awful.||-You could here people making loud sexual noises through the hallway…like some kind of rent by the hour establishment.||-I went to re-park my car closer to the room so I could see it through my window for security reasons, there were people completely blocking the stairs…just sitting there and drinking.||- The trash cans by the stairs were overflowing onto the sidewalk, and smelled disgusting as well as the ridiculous amount of flies and gnats the garbage was attracting just below the stairs.||-The shower had extremely low water pressure.||-The toilet didn’t flush correctly and took several attempts.||-The drains in the sink or shower didn’t work properly.||-They did give us 2 towels, but only 1 wash cloth even though they were fully aware 2 people were booked in the room. Not to mention…1 of the bath towels had suspicious brown stains on it.||-As we were collecting our belongings to leave…we saw roaches crawling out from under the refrigerator.||-I complained to the lady at the desk but she didn’t even have the decency to pretend she was surprised!||Needless to say…we are staying at a different hotel tonight. ||New development…Apparently I can’t leave this review unless I give them some type of score, which is NOT fair at all.🙄

If you can do better go. I would not recommend this location. My daughter and myself went to visit my son due to his graduation army bootcamp. This was a 3night stay. We had to change rooms 2x (meaning we slept in 3 different room everynight). The 1st room had water coming in and the 2nd the keypad was not charged. The floor, end table, desk, refrigerator, microwave, tv stand and bathroom was not clean. I had to get cleaning products. I know why didn't we leave? I used everything I had to get to SC to see my soon. So, going to another place was not affordable. I recommend you stay somewhere else. Besides see my baby, this was the worst experience in an hotel and I did not sleep much.

Front guest lady was nice but as soon as me and my gf walked into the room it smelled like a barn. Secondly the shower and shower head was filthy. The vibe of the whole room was disgusting lowkey dirty. Stains in the carpet and stains on the couch. Bed was alright but we couldn’t get past the fact somebody found bed bugs there 5 days ago and a couple got bit by baby cockroaches. I don’t usually leave reviews but this one was absolutely horrible in my opinion.

Didn’t even stay 3 minutes got room lady was rude at check in. Walked in the room looked around sheets were stained like someone had an accident. Bed bugs were very apparent. It was a last minute decision to stay here however quickly went to get a refund have to wait 10 business days for that to happen just save your self the head ache it’s really not even worth it. Went to the Hilton instead. Service terrible and the quality of the room is not very high on their list absolutely disgusting. Need to shut this place down.

I've stayed at several different hotels in the area when I'm in Columbia some a little more expensive but overall this one I always feel I get my moneys' worth. |Clean and comfortable.| I've stayed here several times within the last few months and have "never" seen a bug, thank God. |I also like the "early check-ins" & "late check-outs" to accomadate almost any situation. |Miss KD if you're reading this, Thank you so much for your warm hospitality and good directions to the nearest Wal-Mart which just so happened to be right across the street.😂|*See you again soon.

Furniture in some rooms need to be put in a dumpster.|Sink and Tub drains very slow. Not bad if you dont mind taking a shower in a tub filled with dead skin and spermcells of the last few guest.🤮.||Take those $5 Hotel Service Fees and make the necessary repairs.

Went here for 3 days and had to stay for 3 weeks. My Fiance, out dog "Frankie" and myself spent Christmas and New Year's here. Not our plan, but we were stuck waiting for our house to be available. If you have to be stuck somewhere, this is a great place for that. The breakfast is delicious! Biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, toast or bagel with butter, cream cheese, and/or apple jelly, muffins or pancakes, fresh apples or bananas or your choice of 3 cereals. Wash it down with some cold milk, hot coffee with regular or flavored creamer, orange juice, strawberry and kiwi juice or lemonade. The food is restocked as needed by one of the beautiful ladies that lives/works here. I didn't get her name unfortunately. Almost everybody working here were very pleasant, but all were patient and tolerant of me and my loud Harley Davidson in and out 2 or 3 times a day. There is on site laundry, vending ATM and 24hour coffee in the lobby and a small coffee maker in your room. The rooms are accommodating with a small refrigerator and microwave as well as free WiFi. It's a little pricey, but aren't they all nowadays? You get what you pay for, and this place is quiet and safely tucked behind a Waffle House and gas station. They have a nice looking swimming pool if you are visiting in the summer. Also you'll have peace of mind knowing that the numerous security cameras are keeping a watchful eye on all the common areas a parking lot. Definitely 2 thumbs up on this hotel.

The Front Desk staff was very courteous. The hotel manager made us feel very welcomed. Room was clean , comfortable bed and very good breakfast choice. We will definitely stay here again.
