Attention all people looking 👀 for a place to stay beware of this flimsy hotel I was a guest here for 8 months straight before I had to move to take care of some family business upon my return to the hotel I was told by the general manager by title only amber that jay the owner didn’t want to rent me out the room iam a disabled woman and senior citizen I will be reporting this to the American with disability’s act that they refused to rent a room to a disabled person my room also had a lot of mold in it my suggestion to all is keep going don’t stop better rooms and breakfast down the street

Positive: "" Negative: This hotel was awful. The bathroom was disgusting upon arrival (dirty rag and piles of dirt). Tv, blow dryer, door, etc didn?t work. Manager completely uncaring

the hotel is decent. well set up if you're disabled and can get the first floor. problem call ahead and make sure there are lots of guests. if they only have a few, you are not as important. the breakfast was basically cereal, muffin, and waffle, the clerks said not worth the time to provide breakfast because so little guest. basically we don't care about you.

I mean, it's a quality inn. It's not a 5 stars resort. The rooms were very clean. They had a mini fridge and microwave. The location is really good for going on a beach trip. All the staff were very sweet and understanding. Pool was clean. The breakfast could definitely be better though.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Surfside Beach, I have never had issues and get a great value for the stay. The location is near everything you need, and only a short 10 minute drive to the beach. I also noticed this visit, that there were several empty rooms in between my room and my friends room that were all being renovated and remodeled, so that was exciting! The breakfast was great, we wished there were more hot food options aside from the waffles, but during our stay no other guests showed up for breakfast, so hot food options aren't totally realistic here. Staff was great, rooms were clean, easy check in and out, I slept better here than I do at home surprisingly. The blackout curtains really helped!

Unreal they attempt to steal 200 from my card. Not one thing this rude manager Amber said is accurate. Lies about damage from previous water damage. Musty disgusting Carowinds, vent fan in bathroom inoperative, no chair I'm room, and diesnt even follow Choice Hoteks policy. Asked to use a vacuum cleaner they only had one. Told me no. Never once did dismissive manager bother to offer a different room or to check out the carpet. Nope... they wait a week then charge my card 200.00...||Corporate saud in every aspect they were wring... I asked to see tge invoice for their supposed steam ckeaning. Of course... they didn't have one. No chair in the room, worst most inexperienced staff ever. I had to practically beg for a broom...then had to go next door to a real hotel and borrow cleaner to put in the carpet. Choose any hotel but this one. Not once did this manager Amber ever bother to check the disgusting crowd smell. Corporate totally disagrees with me being xharged 200.00 for them to steamclean the carpet. It should be done anyway after a guest stays for longer than 8 days. And no Amber... I do not have to allow unmasked and ungloved housekeepers into my room every 3 days. Great way to acquire COVID...bottom line steam cleaning a carpet is not damage to a room... per Corporate once again. ||Quit lying to paying guests. She actually saud if a service animal is in a room for 8 days tgeybwouksnt normally steamclean the carpet... how utterly unhygienic and 100% against your own policy.

- The bed cover was dirty/stain - Bathtub was dirty - Breakfast was poor - When I check out I got the receipt less than I paid. The lady said I will received back on my credit card I don’t know. I’m waiting for it. - The small towels had stain on it The card worked very bad. Had to try many times so can work. They changed the cards but still the same. - Pool closes at 10:00pm so people was there with loud music and screaming after hours. So nobody to check that. The lady at front desk was nice. The bathroom at the lobby was clean

Stayed here during a recent trip to the nearby beach. Selected the place based on price and reviews. Location was great for why we were there, price was great, room conditions did not meet expectations. Gaps around door let in light, noise and bugs. Carpet was dingy, stained, damp and uncomfortable feeling. The lighting was very dim. I didn’t have high expectations based on price but I was still disappointed. The staff were very friendly and efficient.
