Great back patio area for lounging as well as a pool and spots for your pets to potty, breakfast was included and was pretty great, they had a great spread! Room was good not off the wall spectacular but was clean and I slept great! Would definitely stay here again.

Room had a dank smell like it needed to be deep cleaned. The carpet was wet where the air conditioner was on and it was not really that nice for the price of 200 dollars for one night. I wouldn't recommend.

The staff here are excellent, very welcoming and helped me out throughout my stay. Gave me different options to have my room, made me feel very safe. |The breakfast was very delicious, had everything a good breakfast will need. I really enjoyed my stay there, as I'll have this place as my next visit on my traveling.

This place requires a refundable ＄150 deposit when checking in. Good, clean place to bed down for the night. Truck parking on east side of hotel. Denny's is a stones throw away from the main entrance, you'll also get a 10% discount if u show them ur card key. My room also had super cold Air Conditioning👍🏽

We recently stayed here, and were not happy with the price to quality ratio. The room was rather expensive for having broken curtains, a tub with a cracked and peeling bottom, and a very easily clogged toilet, among other things. The first night we stayed, all I could smell was sewage. Thankfully that did not last our entire stay. Staff was overall decent except for check in, we waited a good 10 minutes before anyone was able to assist us. Better to spend the kind of money they charged us at a different hotel in the area.

I stayed here & it was a night from HELL!!! The room was infested with crickets. They were everywhere - on the floor, on the walls, in the trash cans, even in the air conditioning unit which we found out when we turned it on and they jumped out! After, killing six - When I complained to the front desk, the worker made jokes over the phone and acted like it was no big deal and didn't offer to move me to another room. I would never stay here again and would advise anyone considering it to steer clear!! The cricket infestation made my stay an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!

The Quality Inn - Casa Grande is an aging motel style property with all units opening to the outside. It is clearly showing its age with basic wear and tear on the property. Bedding and furniture was acceptable. The bathroom was pretty creepy. We didn't even use the shower and only used the sink and toilet since it was just a one night stay. It's also conveniently located near I-10 and has easy on/off and good nearby restaurants.||We were driving to Tucson (after arriving late in the day to the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport) and this was crash pad for less than 12 hours and for that it fit the bill. Especially given the crazy high rates during spring break.||I will say that the hotel staff with whom I interacted were all really nice and attentive. They were helpful and pleasant. The breakfast room is located in a separate building at the end of a bank of rooms and isn't too appealing; but they make nice individual omelets; not the huge tray of powdered eggs found in many other chain hotels at this level.||Overall I would say stay; if all you want to do is sleep for one night but do not plan a long term stay at the Quality Inn in Casa Grande.
