Quality Inn Bridgeport-Clarksburg - Hotel in Bridgeport - 115 Tolley Dr, USA

For the price i guess I should not have been surprised. Fridge had old food and frozen coffee in it, tissue box had empty tissue package in it, only 1/3 roll of toilet paper. Walls had patches that needed painted and could definitely be cleaned, bathroom sink cabinet missing handles, could hear people walking around above us. Breakfast was sad the waffle mix smelled odd and didn't even look normal, bread container only had 2 pieces of the end of the loaf in it(we went at 8am), cereal choices not great for kids, biscuits and gravy were not good but the orange juice was good! You can use the pool next door at the fitness center but it was gross and had a film on the water not appealing at all.

I recently stayed at Quality Inn and was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel. The rooms were immaculate and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by Harry at the front desk. He was incredibly understanding and considerate, addressing all my needs with professionalism and a genuine willingness to help. His attentive service significantly enhanced my stay, making the experience even more enjoyable.

I gotta say, with all of the travel I do, this is probably my favorite hotel. Mainly because of Nicole, the lady that works the front desk. She makes coming to this hotel soooo worthwhile. Not only is she helpful, kind, and courteous, but you can tell immediately that she's good people. She cares. She listens. I wish that there were more people like her in this world. It would be a better place. Thank you Nicole, you make me smile and enjoy my stay!

If you are looking somewhere pet friendly this is the nastiest place to stay!! We were first given a room with the floor entirely soaking wet and had a terrible smell. The 2nd room also had a terrible smell and had holes that had been filled in and the shower had a lot of mold build-up inside. I understand pet friendly hotels are hard to come by but I DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here!! We only stayed 1 night and the pets were completely clean and we just slept and got up early as we had a competition with the dogs the next morning and we didn’t get our refund back after staying here. This was probably the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in!

Door key didnt work, everytime wanted in receptionist had to unlock with key. Shower driped all night, carpet dirty, toilet paper dispenser fell off wall. It was just all worn abd needs remolded. People however were very friendly and accommodating.

No elevator. No ice machine on the first floor. The room was a fair size but there was entirely too much furniture inside - the luggage trolley wouldn't fit through the door because of the mini-fridge, you couldn't access the window side of the bed or the closet because there was a sitting chair wedged between the two. There was an odd smell in the hallway, sort of an old wet funk. They were trying to fix it with carpet cleaning but it didn't really help. Thankfully the inside of the room wasn't stinky. The hotel was difficult to find even with GPS - the sign isn't easily seen from the main road and we drove past it initially. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good.

One night stopover on way home from Florida. Kelly at front desk very friendly and helpful. Room clean and bed comfy. Bathroom and shower very small and older. Breakfast included (limited) but would skip the coffee (🤮). Price was very reasonable so we were pleased with the stay. Not their fault but Expedia says there is an EV charger on site - there isn’t which was disappointing for us.

One of the best hotels I have been to! The women at the front desk were amazing. They would help with anything they could and will accommodate to you and your needs! They are super sweet, caring people who do the most for their community! Any questions you had they were answered in a timely and professional manner! Thank you for the great stay and being great to us!
