We had a wonderful stay. The suite was perfect! My spouse, mother in law and I had lots of room. Everything was clean and comfortable. Lisa was so welcoming. We had the pleasure of visiting with her a bit over breakfast while she kept everything clean and organized. We will be back soon!

This hotel is i assume recently remodeled, (if not you would never know it) beautiful, good location, decent continental breakfast, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Ashley at the front desk is super personable and friendly as well as the other ladies.|The attached casino, the Black Angus is a very fun place to hang out. The woman Paula is very welcoming as well as all the other girls! |100% recommend for anyone in town that wants a chill get away spot for a fun weekend with nice rooms, animal friendly. NO sketchy Guests. <3

Rooms are nice and comfy, bathrooms are spacious as well and the late breakfast on the weekends is great!! Lisa at the front desk has been super kind and helpful for my boyfriend and our service dog. Her hospitality and graciousness has meant the world for us. If you’re looking for kind staff and a cozy stay I recommend staying here!!

Great stay here.. nice rooms very clean. Family friendly Great breakfast and customer service. Pool closed for cold season and fitness center under construction but I was able to see it and it's very nice too 👍

Hello, just want to give a big thank you to this hotel. I walked into the room and the paper on the desk had a hand written not saying, “enjoy your stay :)” made my day. I am traveling from Ohio, and this has been the best, affordable hotel we have stayed in yet. Beds are decently comfy, plush pillows, and vending machines in this place are a lot more affordable too! Also very thankful for a clean bathtub. Thank you for having conditioner too. Not every hotel has it, and it’s nice not to have to dig in my car to find conditioner. My hair is down to my hips, so I can’t go without it. Thanks again!

Well before the fire this place was very nice. Clean rooms, decent breakfast, friendly staff. I was a guest when the fire happened. I hope they can rebuild I would come back

ZERO IF I COULD! Lisa working the front desk deserves a 5 star. She is the only reason why I stayed the booked nights and didn’t check out early to go to a different hotel. Checked in late (after midnight) I was told the room number and made our way to it. After opening the door we immediately knew that it had a problem. The smell of moldy, wet carpet was unbearable. I went to the front desk, told the person working and she gladly moved our room. (Kinda like she’s done this before) The next morning the same smell was now in the “new” room. First thing we noticed when we woke up. Being very frustrated because of the money spent, I decided to ask for a refund so I could go elsewhere. That’s when I met Lisa. She told me that she could not refund me any money because the manager was off duty. (Until Monday, and this was Thursday) but she wanted to offer an upgraded room that she personally checked and made sure was clean. Before going to that room we both walked the 2 other rooms and she agreed they definitely had issues. Lisa is truly the only reason we decided to give the hotel a 3rd try. She went above and beyond what she needed to do. She takes her job to heart, truly cares about customer satisfaction and it shows. So at the end of it the hotel gets 1 star. It needs work. But Lisa and the other staff get 5 stars. The 3rd room was decent. Not the best but better than the other 2. Thank you Lisa for everything you did. I hope that Quality Inn can see the potential in you!

This hotel is perfectly sufficient if you’re looking for a place to lay your head at night. It is a little worn, but it is clean. It does have interior hallways, which is very welcomed and provides a more secure stay. The staff was great, very helpful. In the rooms you’ll find a two sinks, a HUGE closet, refrigerator, and microwave. There is no elevator, so make sure to ask for a first floor room if that’s what you need when you book. Also, the pool deck tends to be very active in the evenings, I would recommend against odd numbered rooms below 20 unless you’re a night owl and the noise won’t bother you. They have a generous breakfast spread in the morning. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
