Quality Inn & Suites - Hotel in Mansfield - 300 Gateway Dr, USA

I have been staying at this location on and off for years with different companies I work with. But as of lately it has really gone down hill. First complaint : During the weekdays you can never find a front desk agent . 9/10 times the manager “Meghan” is standing at the far hallway outside smoking. I stood there 15 minutes waiting for them to notice me, then just left without being able to check out. Second complaint: The manager Meghan is rude and told me since I was with a company I had to be in an upstairs room. I have never heard of such thing. I am an older gentleman that has issue with stairs. When I ask for a first floor I should be able to get it. You may want to consider your choices in management, you have much more friendly and qualified staff members that are so friendly and have no problem giving me a downstairs room. If I need anything changed with my reservation or a first floor room I just wait until after 5pm to do so and have had no issues getting it. I feel much less of a burden dealing with the night time ladies that work there. Always friendly and willing to help.||||“One bad apple can spoil the barrel”||||R. Greene

This hotel was a great stay for my wife & I. The staff was friendly. The internet was fast. The hot breakfast was ample, tasty & had a large variety of items. Breakfast started at 6 AM on weekends here while most hotels don't start their breakfast until 7 am on the weekend. We stayed here on a Saturday night & were able to get an early start Sunday morning which we appreciated. My wife did laundry & loved the fact she was able to use a credit card instead of coins which have been a problem in the past. We would stay here again.

Rooms are outdated and the beds are old. The heater makes a lot of noise. Keeping you up at night. They did switch my room but after a few hours the heater in that room started clicking as well. I will say the breakfast was good!

Never again. If you go on karaoke night the hotel rooms upstairs are incredibly noisy and it doesn't end until the early morning hours. I hope you don't have to work early the next day! Front desk staff was rude about our concerns If you have a detached restaurant it would be fine to have a karaoke night but not if the bar is right in the middle of the hotel. The one saving grace was a good breakfast.

Due to a horrendous previous stay at different Quality Inn in Georgia, we almost didn't book this hotel. We're glad we did. This hotel not only met our expectations, but exceeded them, in doing so, they restored our faith in the brand. We had an issue with the toilet being extremely hard to flush, within 30 mins of reporting the issue, maintenance was at our door and the problem resolved 15 mins later. The room, in fact the entire hotel was immaculate. We will definitely book again.

We have stayed at his location in the past and had a positive experience which is the reason why we returned. We enjoy the accommodations as well as the complimentary breakfast that is provided for all the guests. In regard to that particular service we noticed one staff member by the name of Lexi that went above and beyond on a daily basis. She appeared to be not only caring for the duties at front desk but making sure that all the guests in the buffet area were satisfied and had an ample supply of provisions. In addition, all the staff members are to be commended for their positive dispositions.

Generally a nice place to stay. But they didn’t do a basic house keeping duty of emptying our overflowing trash cans after 2 days of staying there and when I called the front desk to ask them to empty them I wasn’t even given an apology. We’re going to think twice about staying here again simply because of the bad attitude of the front desk attendant.

Everything was great here. The staff were friendly. The room was clean & comfortable. The internet was speedy. The hot breakfast was hearty & tasty. The only drawback was the road to get there had large potholes in them. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
