Quality Inn & Suites - Hotel in Wisconsin Dells - 703 N Frontage Rd, USA

I stayed at this hotel for my recent business trip. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly! I received the best service at this hotel! Sunny, the hotel owner, was such a nice person! He ran to a store for me to buy towels when I checked in since I am allergic to some laundry detergents. I might have been okay with the towels in my room, but he bought me new ones just in case. I was treated with tremendous hospitality at this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for vacations, business, or any occasion.

Service was okay, as the receptionist didn’t really care a lot. Pool was good, we found a couple treasures at the bottom. Our room was decent. We were called for a noise complaint from the room below us which was quite disappointing because we were put on the 3rd floor with 3 kids. There was not any noise much at all. Overall our stay was decent for the price, but could have been better. We did enjoy breakfast, there was a nice variety of foods to choose from.

We were returning on a road trip to pick up a car and needed a place to stay for the night. The price was super reasonable for staying one night. Front desk attendants were very polite and kind. When we entered our room, the scent of air freshener was overwhelming and we unplugged it immediately and opened the window. The bathroom appeared to have been cleaned quickly as you could see smears and spots of something were still on the counter and mirror. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was decent although the water was hard and had low pressure. Nice breakfast in the morning. Overall we got what we paid for. Not sure we would stay again with so many other options in the area.

Nice big room and front desk staff very friendly. I walked in after checking prices on booking and told them what price was and she matched it so I could get my points! Great location. Bed was very comfortable, just need a couple more pillows and I was set.

Room was very clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable AC unit worked well. The check-in is streamlined taking no time at all. While the room and amenities were very good the breakfast was very minimal. Would like to see more variety, however we didn't stay there to eat breakfast. Overall, we would stay there again.

Stayed here numerous times. Friendly and helpful staff. Lobby and rooms are neat and clean. Plenty of parking. Hotel is kid and pet friendly. Swimming pool is great! Breakfast is hot and plentiful. Doors are locked and security cameras throughout the building. |||

We have a good stay in this hotel, absolutely calm and relax for the whole night. Very quite environment, clean rooms, beds are so comfy and neat. I will definitely come stay here again,and strongly recommend to yall my friends around wisconsin. Above all very affordable rate.

Company reserved room for me, room was on the third floor. Sunny was able to honor my request to be on the first floor for easy transport of my camera equipment. I was very pleased for the accommodation. Check in, check out was fast. there was breakfast ready by the time I check out at 6:00 A.M. Highly recommend and will stay here again if I am coming to Wisconsin Dells in the future. Thank You so much Sunny for the excellent Service. Pamela Valois
