We needed a room due to the ac being out at home. The front desk was so friendly and helpful. My daughter had a really good time in the pool. The rooms and lobby were so clean and quiet. Pools had extra floats for kids.

van broke down. had to spring for a hotel. best service. attentive front desk. good value for money. thanks Al & Phil 8am-10pm hottub pool. 6-9am hot breakfast . biscuit and gravy. egg cheese sausage butter tortilla bagel toasted strawberry cream cheese. open free business center bathroom tub was clean. towers stocked neatly. pet friendly. treats.

Recently worked for this company 7-1-24 was my last day but this hotel cleans the dresser the table the phones with the same rag used to clean the toilet I was trained to not change the big quilt and the white top blankets which are used over and over for the same room and it’s pet friendly they said use a lint roller if there is hair on it they call employees into work at 8:30 sometimes there are no rooms to be cleaned yet because check out is 11 so you just stand around and wait and when you do get rooms to clean you have no laundry to make beds so once again leaving you to stand around and wait. I mean it was easy stand around and get paid for two hours but definitely very unprofessional management and very dirty hotel

Staff was extremely polite, rooms were clean, and had charging ports for electric vehicles available with no charge. Highly recommend and looking forward to visiting again!

I wanted a local hotel near our home to celebrate our anniversary and still be near our mother who has dementia. We thought this hotel would be a great fit. Excited , we booked the room and it was only afterwards did we see a message that sted that we needed to live 25 miles away. Unfortunately, they refused to serve us since we live locally. Locals, do not support businesses that do not support our community. If you have an event or guests, send them elsewhere. We work with a lot of folks that come into and will not recommend this location.

I needed a very last minute respite from RV living. I walked in the Quality Inn at around 9 am with my dog Gabe asking if they had a room available. Al went out of his way to express his desire to place me and my dog in a dog friendly room. They happened to have a room available at that hour of the day so I was allowed to check in early. Everything about the hotel met or exceeded my expectations. It was clean, mostly quiet (expect for a dog barking from time to time) and the staff were lovely. I especially like the rubber ducky left in each bathtub for guests. Nice touch!

This place was easy to find. Friendly staff, well maintained parking lot, with a lovely grand entrance. The owner was on site. Friendly and hard-working. Today they were upgrading the vending machines! This Quality inn has earned my business! Steven FasTrac Moving

I am so glad that I booked here. This place is clean, clean, clean. Shout out to the housekeeper, you're amazing and we appreciate the hard work that you do. I have nothing bad to say about the rooms. The room is cozy and has a comfortable bed. I forgot to mention, budget friendly. Indoor pool and spa. I gave the location four stars because it is pretty far into Pueblo and you can hear the cars on the highway, but I don't mind them. There's a Walmart, convenience stores, food, really close by. No real courtyard but designated smoking areas. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a peaceful stay even on a Friday night.
