Quality Inn & Suites Vail Valley - Hotel in Eagle - 0285 Market St, USA

My family, including my autistic sister, ended up stuck in Gypsum in the midst of a road trip. To make matters worse, we we're having issues finding anywhere to make the serious repairs we required. Upon checking into this glorious hotel, we were given every piece of helpful information from staff that we needed. A friendly/accommodating mechanic willing to take emergency calls without fleecing your wallet. The local spots they recommended to visit we're exactly what we needed. Our trip went from a severely stress inducing event into a week-long impromptu vacation of serenity. And that's before taking the rooms and service into account! Every step of the way, I couldn't hope for a friendlier, accommodating staff! The rooms were clean. Breakfast is hot, diverse, and timely. The location couldn't be more convenient given the region. If you're looking for a stay in Eagle, especially any stay longer than a short night's sleep off of the interstate, this is the place you're looking for!

I stayed here for 4 months during the ski season and the staff was extremely polite and attentive the entire stay. Great selection for the continental breakfast with all of the usual items, plus a few extra items to help break up the monotony. Located right next to a grocery store and several local and chain restaurants. I wish the rooms had more artwork on the walls, but overall a very nice stay!

The hotel was convenient to a grocery store, restaurants, and the interstate. Our room was on the backside of the hotel and we did not hear any traffic noise. Our room had a lamp and nightstand between two queen beds, a clock, closet, desk with chair, microwave, and mini-fridge. The room had two luggage racks which is nice. The sink was in the bedroom. The bathroom had a toilet and a tub/shower. The bath towels were a good size. The room air conditioning/heating unit did not have any indication of temperature so just had to guess at what to set it, somewhere between 0 and 10. Breakfast was okay. The only fresh fruit was bananas. |The elevator was not working which we knew when we made the reservation. That is an amenity that should be fixed within a day a two but I did not get the impression that it was something they were working urgently. |The lobby restrooms were shut up with coverings over the signs. We were told that we had to use the bathroom in our room; not something that one wants to hear after traveling a long distance and with a queue waiting to check in. Not something a “quality” hotel would do, rather it is something that a cheap hotel would do.

Clean hotel, everyone was super friendly, very good breakfast & location is great. We even walked to the supermarket & went to a really nice Italian Restaurant- Ti Amo. We also enjoyed the pool & hot tub. We got there on Christmas & left on 1/2/24. From my husband Juan, our son Sebastian & I Thank you for making our Vacation super nice. God bless you.

The Guy that works the front desk that has glasses. Very rude and don't care about your situation. Never will come back here again!

My experience with the staff was good. The room was overpriced to be a suite with outdated furniture. The bathroom shower head had so much calcium build up I couldn't believe it & when you get into the shower it squeaks like you were going through the floor. My overall experience with the staff was good, BUT the suite was OVERPRICED to have outdated furniture. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to stay in IMO.

Phenomenal! Very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. 10/10 recommend this to anyone looking to stop in the Eagle area. Also, the best rate I could find for a single bed room.

Super nice people, even though they were overwhelmed with patrons in need of a roof over their heads while Mother Nature was trying to blow us all into another state.
