Best rest I had in a long time, beds are super comfortable pillows feel new bedding is white and Clean! I really like the big showers and the parking was right by my room. Housekeeping does an amazing job if you’re staying multiple days like we did. Pool was perfect for this weather! Staff is very informative at check in we needed that. Will definitely stay here again if ever in the Vacaville area.

Great experience! Greeted nicely by front desk. We had 2 queen beds and they were so comfortable, we slept so well. Shower was exceptionally clean, asked for extra towels and they were brought up promptly with a smile. Everything in the room is clean and functional. Staff were all friendly, welcoming and very professional. Breakfast had a nice variety of items for on the go, which was perfect for us. Couldn’t ask for a better experience, it was perfect for my travel destinations and I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

Checked in for Labor Day weekend, pool area is perfect we didn’t plan our dinner and decided to BBQ since it’s the perfect weather the front desk lent us a grill and a bbq bucket with everything we needed inside. They really care about your stay and if you have what you need. Ice machine is right next to the pool area. It was perfect!

Was out on vacation and stayed at this local hotel. During my stay I really enjoyed a lot of the amenities along with the very kind and caring staff. I encountered one staff member who stood out from all the rest of them her name was Vanessa and she showed me around to the breakfast area along with the pool area and was very informative about my room and my stay. Upon arrival she greeted me with a very caring smile and caring tone of voice. The hotel itself was very clean, and well kept up.

We booked a room for three nights, but never entered our room. We traveled from Texas to California for vacation and booked this hotel based on the pool pictures. It looked very clean and nice. We were excited to get there and relax in it. When we walked into the lobby to check in it smelled like strong urine. We then looked at the pool and it was very dirty. After smelling the lobby and seeing the pool we did not feel confident even checking into our room. We contacted Choice Hotel customer service and was able to get a room at Comfort Suites. Customer service contacted Quality Inn for us and we are disappointed that they were not willing to give us a full or partial refund for the three nights. Would not chance booking here again at all. We did enjoy Comfort Suites, just sad that we are out the money for two hotels because the lack of sanitary conditions at Quality Inn.

The bed is Amazing along with the four fluffy pillows on each bed. Comforters are big and soft. We got a great nights rest after a long day of school shopping, and doing lots of walking. Very close to freeway, Starbucks, and restaurants! Great location!

I stayed overnight on my way from far northern California to central California. I arrived at midnight. The front desk clerk was courteous and quick with check in. There are several separate buildings of rooms. I was in the B block on the second floor. There did not appear to be an elevator so be prepared to carry luggage up stairs. All rooms have external entrances. The property is run down, kick plates missing on doors, scrated wall paper, scrapped walls, uncomfortable beds and pillows compared to other Quality Inn and Suites I've stayed at. The noise from the freeway was easily heard and based on the men hanging out in the parking lot at such a late time, I didn't feel safe. Once in my room I found the window was not latched so I made sure it locked. The shower/toilet area is narrow and small and there was what I hope was facial hair on the walls of the shower. On the plus side the vanity is large and water pressure great. My rate for the night was $77 but in the future I'll spend the extra money on a higher quality of hotel.

The staff is increíble they make my Stay away from Home so comfortable with there clean soft beds and pillows. Best Quality I ever Stay at. Check in is East quick and very specific i like that a lot. Wifi was excellent Thank you Staff. Sabrina is doing a great Job i see her often and she makes sure my Stay is perfecto
