Room was dirty, had cigarette burns on walls and sink, cob webs on ceiling. Called the front desk and they would not give us another room. Everything in the room was sticky. The remote had no batteries in it. Hair on the toilet. Just gross all the way around. Definitely will not be staying here again.

My husband came to check out the hotel. He needed to use the bathroom first. The man (light skinned with short cut) came out and knock on my door saying that my husband wasn’t allowed and continued to call the police. My husband came out and said we’re going see where. Seem racist to me. Horrible

The room had fleas. I woke up with bites on my arms. I told the man in the office and he acted like he didn't care. I told him that I wanted fresh bed sheets when I got back in. That day no one came from room service. I had to go back to the office again to complain. The night management came and not only changed my sheets but she also swept and mopped. She told me the previous guests had a dog with them and that she could feel them biting her. I was not bitten again but room service didn't clean my room the next evening. The breakfast was gross. Round frozen eggs and defrosted sausage.

Room smelled like weed even though it was a non smoking room. Wet towels with pubic hairs on sink. Beds were dirty under the covers ( hair and dirt). Toilet was left dirty. Very unclean and unprofessional.

They are awful.. here it is 4th of July and they said it's not the season to open the pool.🤷pool is filled..clean.ready to go.! We traveled from OHIO..WERE NOT NO EXTENDED STAY..LIVING HERE.. WHAT SEASON IS THE POOL OPEN OCTOBER . I BOOKED THIS CRAP CAUSE IT HAS A POOL FOR THE CHILDREN.. NOWADAYS A REFUND IS SUPPOSE TO BE SUFFICIENT..NOT THE TIME.. TRAVEL .AND THE PATRONIZING YO SPOT.. BASICALLY..OH WELL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.. Never AGAIN..THEY SO DESPERATE THEY USE THIA AS AN APT.SO THE TRAVEL FOLKS TREATED SAME WAY😡😡

Usually this property is accommodating to Choice Hotel members but this stay was horrible. I've been staying at this property the past 2 years and 2 to 3 times a year and I stay 1 to 3 nights each time. Check-in went fine on day of checkout around 8am, I called front desk to ask for a 1pm checkout since my flight didn't leave until 5pm that evening. Well that is where it went off the rails. I was told no, Mike said no late checkout. I asked for a 12noon check out, I was told no. I was told by front desk that the latest Mike would allow is 1130am which is 30 min after checkout time. I informed the front desk that I was a Choice member and that I was a frequent flyer when I was in town. Starting around 11am housekeeping started banging on the door, I answered the door to be reminded of 1130am checkout, then at 1115am more banging on thr door and telling me to get out. Between answering the door and trying to take a shower, I was not out at 1130am. Approximately 1145am, while trying to get packed up, banging at the door again. When I opened the door there were 3 housekeepers and the front desk person all yelling at me to get out. I told them I was almost finished and I would be out in 5 min. Front desk person said, I've got something for you, I will call the cops to get you out and they took off to the front. I finished loading up and went to the front office to check out. At that point I was told they would be charging me a $50 to $60 deposit the next time that I stayed. I ask why because I always book in the app and usually pay in advance. Front desk told me that I didn't clean out the jacuzzi tub when I rented the suite over a year ago, I stated that I wasn't aware I was supposed to clean my own room, then the excuse was I stained the sheets, then another excuse. I asked who made this decision and all I was told is because Mike said so. I asked who is Mike? I was told, Mike, because he said so. I see this property is NOT wanting frequent flyers, just the local crackheads to rent rooms. I will be looking for another property to stay at next spring when I come back to town. Very dissatisfied customer!

Surprisingly clean! I mean spotless, and Bridgett was great! Crystal was friendly yet terse, however. Overall for the price the best hotel value I've had in years! The breakfast was good as well!

I stayed at this location, The "front desk manager" Crystal was EXTRMELY RUDE to me as soon as I walked in. Had drove for 7 hrs, when I went to check in she told me in a very rude manner "everyone is checking out right now and to come back in about 45 minutes" like she was already frustrated with me when I was just trying to check in, mind you there was NO ONE at the front desk. This location was not booked at all. I saw many clean rooms available (curtains open) on the first floor. I requested a room on the first floor she told me I could not have a room on the first floor and I would have to check in at 3pm in order to get one. She did not try in ANY way to accommodate me and had a terrible attitude while doing it. Customer service is everything to me because I specialize in it and if you don't like your job DO NOT WORK THERE! I told her I work at a hotel in florida and that's not how we treat people if we have availability we provide it to the guests and stated "Well that's not how we do things in Georgia" The room was clean I have nothing bad to say about the room and everyone else, the other front desk attendant (didn't get her name) was very sweet when my key stopped working and house keepers where also very nice, but because of Crystals terrible attitude I will stay clear from ever staying at that location.
