Location is amazing if you want lower rates, safe spot and close to the parkway. The staff was very nice. I read some reviews and they were mixed. I’ll be honest, the room itself was fine, the bed was great. I also checked for bed bugs because of mixed reviews, no bed bugs, and the beds are clean and comfortable. I came in super late and the young lady at the counter helped me quickly check in. If I hadn’t gotten in at 2 am I probably would have requested another room because there was brown hairs all in the shower and on some of the towels. I ended up just cleaning with what I had and then showering. But I will say that was very unpleasant after a 16 hour drive. I’m sure if I had said something, the nice woman would have moved me. The pool looked amazing and so did the hot tub but I didn’t have time to check it out. 5 stars for staff, 2 stars for room due to unclean showers and towels, 5 stars for the location. Overall, if I had a cleaner room I would stay here again.

Please don't listen to the bad reviews. We come here every year in June and we always get Amazing Service. They have a clean indoor pool & Hot tub plus a clean outdoor pool. The hot breakfast is really good and has a good variety of other options. We always get a suite with a balcony and our beds is always comfortable and our rooms is always clean. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay.

The breakfast was delicious. Eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, waffles, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and oatmeal every morning. The outside pool was beautiful with a waterfall. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff at check-in/check-out was efficient and courteous. There were no hidden fees. My only complaint was we had 2 tvs in our room and only one of the remotes worked....minor detail. And the sign for the hotel is rather small. We passed the hotel every time we left and came back. We will definitely be staying here again. They also have a heated indoor pool and hot tub which will be perfect for when we come back in December. Thank you Quality Inn.

Started out with very welcoming, kind Staff, rooms are extremely spacious, comfortable and clean! My view of the Great Smokey Mountains was gorgeous. This is a very friendly atmosphere, all Staff and guests were friendly and in a good mood! The breakfast was excellent, plentiful and the young lady who took care of Breakfast was so sweet. This is our new “go to “ hotel in PF. The owners are the very best! Thank You !

Booked this as a last minute one night stay for its affordability. Yikes, never again. Our family of 5 booked a room with two queen beds and a sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper came with no sheets or pillows. After asking we were given sheets but they have no extra pillows. The lock on the door doesn’t work. The way the room is set up, the sofa bed is right next to the door so someone was expected to sleep next to the door that doesn’t lock. The following morning I go to make a cup of coffee in the room and the outlets don’t work. We will not be staying here again.

I'm going to start by saying I thoroughly checked and there were NO BEDBUGS. I will say, I always check reviews and when I read how unprofessional the owner responds to low star ratings, I almost didn't stay. As the former manager of a hotel it's very off- putting. But this hotel had what we needed so I booked. I read some reviews of bedbugs and prayed we wouldn't have that issue and we didn't. The lady at the front when we checked in, was EXTREMELY helpful and very nice. The room....was not the best. Trash in the bathroom, dirty carpet and over all, it needs a remodel. Screws hanging outThe beds were clean though and comfortable! Except the pull out bed. The mattress was nasty and there were no sheets in the room for it. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if just for a night l, maybe 2 but I wouldn't book a whole trip here.

The staff is wonderful, helpful with anything you need. The rooms were very clean. We stayed in a pet friendly room and it smelled great. You couldn't tell that pets were in there at anytime. Had a sitting area outside our room that we could smoke at and have our coffee 😁 The indoor and outdoor pools are both nice size and very relaxing. The sitting area outside of my room was the best and I would recommend this hotel and will stay here in the future!

I tried to stay at Quality Inn & Suites Sevierville - Pigeon Forge, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I've been staying at this hotel since 2020 and have never experienced the disrespect I did during this visit. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience to hopefully save someone else from a similar ordeal. Upon arrival from dinner and shopping, I immediately noticed that the room's door didn't lock properly. It was incredibly concerning, and I felt unsafe leaving my belongings in the room. I brought this issue to the attention of the front desk employee, hoping they would offer a solution. Instead of offering to fix the lock or provide a comparable room, the employee was downright hostile and dismissive, acting as if I was a bother for asking for basic security. As if the safety issue wasn't enough, the cleanliness of the room was appalling. The sheets on the bed were visibly dirty, and it was clear they hadn't been changed after the previous guest. I asked for fresh linens, and the same unfriendly front desk employee made me feel like it was a huge inconvenience for them to provide me with clean sheets. This combination of a faulty lock, unclean room, and hostile staff made my stay extremely uncomfortable and stressful. I was eager to leave as soon as possible. I definitely won't be returning and would not recommend Quality Inn & Suites Sevierville - Pigeon Forge to anyone looking for a safe and clean place to stay. There are far better options out there that offer basic respect and care for their guests. When I finally was able to speak to someone besides the front desk employee, I was told to leave or they would call the police all because I wanted to feel safe in my room and speak to the manager or owner. Needless to say, my vacation has been ruined because I had to drive 3 hours back home. Update— the second shift lady had someone on the phone who identified themselves as the owner’s wife.
