Everyone was so nice and friendly. The young lady that fixed our complimentary breakfast went out of her way to cook us some eggs and potatoes as we were the last people to eat. She never rushed us and very kind. She was putting up the breakfast but when she saw us she went to the kitchen and brought us fresh cooked eggs and potatoes. Was very impressed so kudos to her! Will definitely stay there again for the friendly service and clean rooms! Price was just what out budget needed!

This is an exceptionally clean and well scented hotel. The staff is super professional and my check-in was quick and easy. So far, I'm enjoying my stay here in one of the cleanest rooms I've ever seen in a hotel.

I travel a lot for business, typically stay in hotels 2-3 times per month. This hotel was the first time I have ever experienced paying $100 deposit for incidentals on top of the room rate + tax. Also they make you pay for the entire stay up front at check in including the deposit. I understand having a card on file for incidentals but I have never had to pay a deposit and the entire stay at check in. Let’s not forget the 3% credit card fee that they charge on top of this. Most people use credit cards to book hotels. The carpets throughout the hotel are dirty and stained. The shower appears to have mold in it and the bottom is wore out, you can see where people stand most the time. The pool has trash floating in it and is green. I do not recommend anyone stay here, there are several other hotels within walking distance.

Had two rooms, one on first floor and one on third. Both had funky smells and stained sheets and couldn’t get tv to work in one.After reading other reviews from a month ago I see nothing has changed . Obviously, the management does not care. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The room bathroom sink was plugged and had to be used fast otherwise it would fill up and take forever to drain. The sheets had urine stains on them. We had to call room service to get the tv to work as it would not display any channels at first. The hotel had a lot of contractors staying there and when we came down to eat breakfast with my family, every single table was taken by contractors and more than half were not eating, they were just on their phones. So this caused us to have to leave the hotel to eat breakfast. The rooms that had contractors were loud as they would stay up late yelling at one another and could be heard. This was a horrible stay and will be the last time we stay at any quality inn.

From check in to check out this stay was frustrating from the start. Lack of attention and communication from the staff. No one knows anything and the people that do were not there. Simple answers to questions could not be provided. The hallway on the floor our room was located had a horrible smell that lasted our entire stay. The bathroom was dirty and mold was growing in the ceiling. I should have read the reviews before booking this “Quality” Inn. On a positive note, I left a review on the survey that was sent after my stay and the guest relations manager said they take feedback seriously and would address each issue with their team to make sure this is not a recurrence. Hopefully, they fix their mold problem.

Room floors were nasty and sticky. Bath tub had hair from previous guest. Breakfast was fair at best. No coffee, cold gravy and people had to ask several times to get items refilled.

Positive: That the only two staff (maintenance and cook) were left in charge of the entire hotel/reception area, kitchen, cleaning, the works while the Indian owners took off on their vacation to Aruba. Negative: Yes, same as above
