Room was clean and had clearly been refurbished at some point. Overall it was a solidly decent room. As a small downside, certain underpinnings of the original kind of peak through. Continental breakfast was basic but what we expected and the area was clean and well maintained. For the money, this hotel is a solid value.

Do You like bugs jumping out of your bed?|Blood on your sheets?|The only positive was the night front desk person, the only person in the hotel at that time. She was helpful in getting fresh linen and helping us making the bed. She was apologetic but hey, she is just an employee.|The place is simply worn out... crude wall patching, ripped lamp shades, worn out, age old carpeting etc...|Breakfast? Uhh... When I asked if there was cream cheese for a bagel, I was told there was none because they were phasing out bagels. I asked for fruit, and I was told the only fruits are bananas, however they ran out of Bananas by 7:30.|What else do you need to regret your choice of hotel?

I really wish I could give them 0 stars. Me and my mom stayed here after driving 13 hours on our way to my grandpa’s funeral. Immediately after coming in the room it smelt like mold and cigarettes, but that was not the least of our worries. The bathroom had pee around the toilet floor, black hair COVERED the shower, along with 2 open, used bar soaps from the person before. The folded towels in the cabinet had brown finger prints on them. It was clear the bathroom hadnt even been touched. I paid for the room at $89 and my mom went down to complain, where the woman at the front desk gave her a receipt and told her she would be refunding it. After several days I noticed that instead of refunding it, she charged $89 twice. Still no refund a week later. I have called every single day, and each time someone tells me they will have the manager call back in 15 minutes, or tomorrow, and they have not called. The last person I spoke with before they started completely ignoring my calls, was “Miranda” who said “THE MANAGER WILL CALL YOU TOMORROW. HAVE A NICE DAY.” And hung up on me. Havent been able to speak to anyone since. I would rather of slept in my car for free after 13 hours than have my money stolen to sleep in a filthy disgusting room.

At first we were given a room that apparently was meant for handicapped visitors. The handicap shower was filthy, the entire room was cramped and our room was adjoined with a visitor who had 2 large dogs which barked every time we moved around in the room. We asked to switch to another room and was given the actual room showcased in the photographs...the room we initially signed up for and expected. We had to go through the inconvenience of repacking and switching rooms, but the second room was not much better. It was roomier than the first but there was an awful smell and the shower tub was clogged so my husband and I took showers in standing dirty water. When we brought the clog to the attention of the front desk, there was an apology but were no reparations offered. And what is the deal with the ridiculously tiny pillows on the bed?! We will NEVER go back and highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Enjoyed my two day stay. Staff was very friendly and I felt comfortable. Beds were comfortable and towels, washcloths were nice and clean. I would stay there again...

Made reservations 30 days before arrival. Spoke directly with the property personnel. Told them that I would have two pets. Upon arrival, front desk did not know about pets and told me that I could only stay in the old section of the motel which is under renovation. I could not have a king bed, which I reserved with pets. The room I was given was terrible. Broken furniture, broken and missing door locks, dirty bathroom. The dresser drawers would not stay shut. I used an ashtray under a front leg to prop the dresser back towards the wall to keep the drawers closed. One drawer was missing. I could go on and on. Until the renovation is complete or pets are allowed in the newer building I cannot recommend this property.

The room is very out dated. Says the beds were queen size when they are maybe doubles or full size. Very disappointed with the room..The carpet is absolutely filty. Missing paint chips on the walls. Looks like someone punched or put their head into the wall by the window. Ceiling has water bubbles. No outlets by the beds to plug phones in.

Hotel was cramped and run down, was supposed to be a non-smoking room and have a pool. Pool had been out of service for months, room smelled of cigarette smoke and odor masking spray. Had a man sitting right outside room arranging a drug deal in spanish and a number of individuals loitering around that were not guests or employees. Waited a long time to check in and was not presented with any proof of checkin or agreed rate at arrival. DO NOT STAY HERE! Motel is a run down dump.
