Nice, clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. After a disastrous check in at another hotel, this place was perfect. Nice hotel, easy parking for bigger trucks. Great hot breakfast 🧇 fresh and very clean breakfast area. Make fresh waffles, biscuits and gravy and real eggs. Convenient location right off I20. Traveling through on a work trip. We would stay here again.

This was a spur of the moment stop on the way home from the beach. This hotel is clean as a whistle. Friendly staff. Air conditioner worked better than any air at any hotel! Great coffee!! Quiet. Even though it’s on the interstate, never heard a peep. Definitely would stay here again if we’re in the area.

Wow! The moment you walk in you’re greeted with a clean and fresh smell, and a cool little section for midnight snacks. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed linens were soft and cool. The breakfast was very good quality. We also enjoyed the pool, the kids swam and enjoyed it. It’s not far from a nice Mexican restaurant called “La Fogata” where we had a nice meal. Very happy with our stay and we will be coming again when we drive through Jackson.

My fiance and I had to pick up his children for a custody exchange. Their were a bunch of changes with dates and room changes. Cedric that works at the front desk, was VERY HELPFUL. He was able to make the much needed changes both over the phone and in person. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking your next stay at this hotel. The rooms are very clean and inviting. The staff is very friendly.

It was a clean room. The light were OK but could have used a good one by the sitting chair for reading. 120v outlets plenty. Only one soap. Towels OK. Large room refrigerator with freezer. It was s convenient location for me. Not much else to day.

Solid 3.7 just like the overall says. Nice clean and updated hotel. Overall this is a good stay. TV is small. Really dislike that all Choice Hotels have installed soft water.

My ratings are based on an inexpensive hotel so my bar was not real high. But… I was pleasantly surprised. Clean. Comfortable bed and room. Good amenities. Friendly staff. Good breakfast I would stay there again.

This happened today, 7.24.24 at about 12 pm central. I stopped at this hotel on my way home to Dallas from Dothan AL to take my daughters for a quick restroom break. We walked past the front desk to the restrooms. One of my daughters went into the restroom and I waited outside with my other daughter. The man from the front desk comes around the corner and said to me, in front of my daughter "do you have a room here?" I replied "no". He then says "you walked in and didn't say anything to me just walked on past, didn't ask a question, nothing" I responded "you were..." he interrupted me and said "I was sitting there; we don't have a public restroom" I was going to say that he was looking at his computer, which he was, when he cut me off. He then walked away... His tone was so mean/rude. He talked to me like I was 5 years old in front of my 10 year old daughter. I didn't engage further because my children were present, but I was definitely shocked and embarrassed. By the way, we just came back from a 5 night stay at the comfort inn and suites in Dothan, AL, another choice hotel. He so easily could have chosen respect and kindness and told me the bathroom was for guests only without speaking to me the way he did. We stop at hotels for quick restroom breaks when traveling with the kids because the facilities are often clean and unoccupied, and I have never been told or seen a sign indicating there was a rule against it.
