Quality Inn & Suites - Hotel in Waco - 1508 I-35, USA

Overall, it was a good visit. The staff was great and helpful. It was nicer than some of the reviews would have had me believe. I've stayed in far worse places for more money. The tv was actually a decent 4k tv, rather than the typical 1080p flat screen brick most 2 star hotels have. I slept fine, and the bed didn't beat my back up. The bathroom was the only thing that could use a more modern update, but by no means upsetting to me. Wifi was fine for a hotel. Download speed was 2.3MB with 10MB upload. I streamed movies smoothly and was able to download some updates for my laptop overnight. I would stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

Nice room! Very comfy bed/pillows. Cozy comforter allowed me to stay warm while husband ran the A/C. Fridge kept leftovers cold. Shower felt good after a long day. Breakfast area is pretty with high ceiling and chandelier and food was good (eggs, sausage, biscuit).

Low quality inn. In addition to the low quality furnishings and finishes, unrepaired wall damage, etc it doesn't smell quite right, either. I'm highly disappointed with the value of this hotel that I booked through a priceline express deal in the 2.5 star category along with Holiday Inn Express, Double Tree, and Comfort Inn. I got the raw end of the deal on this one. I won't return. A Word on Parking: I was almost the last guest to check in for the night and the only parking available was on the curb. I'm entirely unsure of what would've happened to my vehicle if the curb, too, was full.

I have to give this place a big 5 star rating and many thumbs up! The rooms were perfect, the man working the overnight shift was more than helpful, very professional, and I will definitely be visiting this place again! Continental breakfast was a big plus in my decision to stay here. Thanks again!

Let me start off by saying when I walked in the door I had to stand there for 5 mins while looking at the lady picking a rose by the door. Room was not clean bathroom was gross hair all on the floor walls are nasty the bed sheets was stained took them off myself and throw them on the floor. Bathroom smells like is mold at this point don’t come to this hotel.

Honestly had to stay here because my company couldn't find any other rooms for a reasonable price for the Eclipse and I still needed a place to stay for work. But the moment I opened the hotel room door it stink of cigarettes smell. One of the pillows had a yellow stain on it, the restroom looks run down with cracks in the wall. Overall the whole hotel needs a remodel I felt disgusted even laying down in the bed and trying to shower gave me the biggest ick but I had no other choice. Wouldn't recommend for someone who's a clean freak like me, I even sprayed lysol and the smell of cigarettes still didn't go away.

Omg yall this hotel is so good.the staff here went way above there duty to help us have a wonderful dtay.front desk lady who checked us incrarly.was a star.and the late night shift was helpful also.im now switching from days inn to yall.yall rock out & I want u aware your staff was the sheetest people.i mean I would rate yall #1 in waco by far.when I was at days in.i ve been mistreated very poorly.there staff are so rude.lazy asses.period.so ty .

It's a bed. The shower was coldest I've ever taken in a hotel. The breakfast was extremely basic. It is central to a lot of different things.
