Quality Inn & Suites - Hotel in New Prague - 1200 1st St NE East, USA

I’m prefacing this by saying I never write reviews. In fact, this is my first ever review. We came to town for a family reunion. This was the absolute WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Our room was filthy and smelled terrible. I went to the front desk and asked for cleaning supplies and I was given a vacuum and Clorox wipes. I did the best I could to clean it, but the carpet was caked with filth that a vacuum couldn’t pick up. In the middle of the night my husband and I because nauseous and had headaches from the smell, and we were concerned about it harming our children, so I went to the front desk to talk to the manager. After explaining the situation, he offered to give us a different room, so we switched rooms in the middle of the night. The second room was also filthy but it didn’t smell near as bad. The next morning my husband found toenails in the sheets. We chose to cut our trip short so we didn’t have to stay there another night.

I am not a picky person by any means, and usually never leave reviews but I am just so disappointed in this hotel and I’ve only been here 3 hours. I have yet to even see the pool, but seeing the other reviews (after I checked in) I don’t have high hopes. I can’t believe the price for the level of quality, how ironic it’s called quality inn. I’m nervous about the front desk worker insisting an extra card (aside from the one I paid thru the 3rd party) on file in case of “damages” but when I got to my room there were multiple things already damaged. I sure hope he doesn’t try to charge me as I have documented everything! I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel but I would give it a Zero if I could.

Stayed here for a business trip during the week. Front desk guy was there on-site the entire time if needed. This hotel is probably the only hotel in town. Rooms were big and clean for the price paid. Breakfast provided was basic but did the job and was included in the room. Parking was plentiful and right out in front.

They said 100% no smoking but the front desk person was smoking. Locks don’t work on the doors bed had stains floors where dirty still can’t get over the fact that I walked by a door that was open the front desk guy was laying down there was a lady smoking in the room with him I would hate to get that room. And it’s pretty expensive you better off going to a nice hotel that is a tiny bit more expensive because this is probably the worst one I have stayed in. Pool was okay hot tub water was yellow/green with sand in yes sand in a hot tub I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone I and also went to out stuff in the fridge. The fridge smells horrible and it’s dirty.

Awesome staff and quiet, friendly hotel with good breakfast. They called me when I was running late to confirm my reservation check-in, which made my day! Super close to amenities in town, too.

I mean it's alright ima just say that they do have a pool and hotub there rooms come with a Fridge and microwave which is nice there rooms are alright not bad for a quality inn and sweets could've been wrose!

Our room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful.

Never got a chance to stay there. I called a couple of times different days to check on room availability, and the Indian man who answered the phone was confrontational and was arguing with an Indian woman while I was trying to book a reservation. The man became too frustrated and hung up on me. Very unprofessional...
