The place is nice. But their maintenance crew is absolutely terrible. I was using the restroom and the damn air vent fell off the wall and hit me in the head. It's like they don't know how to do their job and being in maintenance for a long time I've never seen worse. If I was a maintenance manager at this place I would have fired every single one of the technicians. Poor quality work for such a nice place. Literally! The maintenance crew screw the whole damn thing up. Have some pride in your work.

Decently around a lot of parks and points of interest, but that's where the fun stops. Why does a hotel have so much blood everywhere? Like on carpets in halls and in 2 rooms we were moved to. Front desk girl kept staring at us when I brought up the blood and said, "What was on the sheets?" "Are you sure?"(looked at me weird) Of course I know what blood looks like, especially dried like... you're a woman/acting girl-child too, so .... dude... why doubt me so rudely.... She then retorted with "What do you want me to do about it?" It was so hard to take her professionally with such a rude attitude. Never, while traveling the US, have also been told (by the same attendant) that I'm "not handicapped" for a handicap room? Like ok if you feel you know my disability and say that's not enough, then why are you charging us $15 EXTRA to MOVE US. Luckily there's a strong weed smelling elevator, so tonight there wasn't much issue, but it's a muscular disability, to say the least, making it not super easy or comfy to do certain movements like get leg over a tub edge or get up from the bathroom.... I digress.... How humiliating. I'm a very non confrontational person, so I try not to create problems, but she was making problems. So. Much. Asked for my card 3 separate times too.... pretty sure she copied my number down in the minute she had my card behind the counter.... Then, checking out (different lady) said the deposit would be back after 7 business days? I'll be checking up on my statements closely after this stay as none of this was normal, even for quality inn.... Very strict with their bare minimum breakfast, too.... what a weird location... The rooms, other than blood, were standard not well cleaned but clean enough to sleep on sheets that didn't have as much blood on them.

Let me start this out by saying this has nothing to do with the 2 ppl at the desk they were both absolutely great humans!! The pictures will say most of it! Area isn’t good followed by a bum to my room on 4th floor when I arrived and asked if they could stay awesome lady at front fixed that promptly! But the room was soooo bad I requested a refund when I woke up from an afternoon nap and had bites on me and realized the state of the room hole in the ceiling plugged with a bad shower curtain fixture falling off boogers on the wall questionable stains on the duvet and sheets. The mattress looked like someone had a fight and “lost” the battle. Only a floor mat for towels in the bathroom the tub and toilet were in terrible shape. I tried to overlook all of it due to the absolute awesomeness of the your couple at the desk but after waking up itchy it was near impossible to do. My big qualm comes from the gentleman coming upstairs and checking after I said I’d really rather just get a refund of my rate and deposit and leave and he said he doesn’t feel he could do that yet when I went down stairs to get my new room key after checking 2 of them he was fully refunding another gentleman due to issues that really chapped my cheeks. Called my Choice elite services and they said they would mediate the issue after I check out tomorrow if the property doesn’t take care of it. They will receive a call tomorrow for mediation cause I’m still not ok with it the new rooms toilet isn’t even fixed to the floor properly and again stains everywhere but at least the bed doesn’t look deadly or itchy

They promised a hot breakfast which has been the norm to include scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, & fresh waffles. This place only has fresh waffles. I have stayed here in the past and the hot breakfast was good & rooms are mediocre; now the rooms are very nice & breakfast sucks. And, also, the pool was supposed to be open. It says it is on their app, choice hotels.

This place is alright. It needs some real work. They could work on their attitudes. I did have an issue with them. They switched my room but I feel like they could've done a little bit more. Wouldn't really recommend this place unless it was ask you could afford.

This was my second night staying in this hotel I chose it because the first stay was very accommodating..... Well my second stay was not I woke up with bug bites all over my back and someone tried to solicit me for sex while I was eating breakfast. The service was still very friendly tho

Lights and everything fixed- spectacular clean, breakfast es excellente. We luv everything here! And free coffee for the guests! Burritos for the guests and waffles!

HaHa!! The first few reviews are all from the Patel family....all good reviews by the way. Must be the owners family! Let me tell you, this is NOT a good place to stay! Pool, dirty & green with no water in it, very dangerous. We did not have a shower curtain for our shower, water went everywhere. We had one single queen bed. There was no airconditioning in the lobby, very hot, AND the air in our room didn't work. No ice on the first floor. This place is very dirty and run down....avoid at all costs! NO STARS!
