This is an excellent motel. I booked an accessible room and the room was fully mobility accessible. The front desk manager was very helpful. There were some minor issues with the room but the manager took care of them. Room was very clean, comfy bed, good A/C, Fridge, micro, coffee maker. Plenty of ice. Great hot breakfast - eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, muffins, yogurt, juice, apples, oranges. Would definitely stay again.
This place ended up being okay for what we needed. We wanted somewhere close to Sesame Place and didn’t plan on spending a lot of time here so it didn’t need to be anything fancy.
The whole hotel is supposed to be non smoking but clearly that isn’t enforced or they haven’t stripped the rooms that were smoking. The first room we were given smelled like smoke so strong. I went and asked the front desk about it and was first told that they were full and then upon further discussion was given another room. This was on the second floor and was night and day from the first room. It had been renovated and had all new
finishes. It felt much cleaner and our stay ended up being comfortable while in our room.
The area is not great. We did feel safe though at the hotel and found some good restaurants a short drive away. It was convenient to sesame place but I don’t think we would choose this hotel next time we go.
First thing I noticed was there was a piece of food under the bed ledge. ||When I turned the spigot on in the tub, it was as it should be. Somewhere between the spigot and shower head most of the water disappeared! The shower was a mere trickle. Also, bathroom door would not close completely (it seemed warped).||Breakfast our first morning left much to be desired, like creamer and fresh pastries and bagels. Went out to breakfast after that.||We had a king room which was a fair size. The bed and pillows were comfy. The WIFI was fine. The staff were helpful and accommodating.
I don't normally make posts if they are partly negative, but there was a particular staff member at the front desk (white man with longer hair and glasses) that was quite rude when it was completely uncalled for and unnecessary. I did not say anything to provoke him and never experienced this kind of interaction with hotel staff in the past - it was honestly quite shocking. It's a shame that it tarnished my experience, because everything other than that was fine
Room is clean and newly renovated.
Swimming pool is clean .
Enough Parking space .
Limited Breakfast options , when I visited waffle making machine was broken and my kids love waffle so they are little sad .
This place is under renovation so you can see little here and there .
Faucet was driping. Door did not Lock easily. And when we got in they asked if we had pets. We said yes but he's coming tomorrow . They said no pets allowed. I search up pet friendly hotels this came up. Also said that on the website. And the floor in the hall was covered in plastic. There was furniture in hall wall
Positive: It?s close to my step sons Negative: Some of the room wasn?t very clean. The side of the microwave was covered in grease. There was food behind the dresser with the tv

We ordered online for pickup. When we arrived at the store the lady stocking the snacks greeted us which was nice. My husband went to get the food while I used the restroom. Cleanest bathroom I've seen in my travels recently. Overall great experience
