Quality Inn & Suites New Castle - Hotel in New Castle - 1740 New Butler Rd, USA

We stayed over a weekend. The staff are great. Friendly and helpful. There is no elevator so if you have trouble with stairs make sure to ask for a ground floor room when you book. Everything is old and worn but clean. Beds are ok for short term. Breakfast is hot but only average.

The rooms were clean, and everything worked. I was comfortable. There were no elevators, so I had to drag/carry my duffle bag up the stairs. The fire exit door kept being left open by guests. It opened to a dark, unsecured location of the property, so I didn't feel very safe. The door is only supposed to be used during a fire. An alarm should be installed.

This is the only hotel we ever stay in when we are in New Castle. The staff is phenomenal. They're so eager to help with any need that arises. Dee is an amazing housekeeper. Our room is always kept in tip top shape. The lobby is always so clean and the front staff are awesome!!! They're so very friendly. Krissy is a great manager!!!!

Everything was great! Nice and relaxing. The king suite was excellent, roomy and cozy. Jacuzzi was nice, fitness room was nice, and the breakfast was better than expected! Definitely would recommend them and would stay again 😊

I stayed 2 nights here and enjoyed my stay. The location is also perfect right next to a Giant Eagle and a really nice Irish tavern down the street. The employees were also really friendly. And the price was fair. I also enjoyed the free continental breakfast offered between 6:00am - 9:00am. And the housekeeping did a good job at making sure my room was clean. I also felt really safe. I will definitely be back to this hotel when I’m in New Castle again!

Stayed for a dance competition. The staff are all so sweet and friendly here. Helpful! The hotel is clean and the beds were cozy. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. |The breakfast was good with some warm items too. While there is no elevator, this was not an issue for us. We would def stay again

Had to make last-minute reservations for the night. Staff was very friendly and professional my whole stay, including toward my dog. The rooms were nice, looked clean. And I was pleased with how easy the place was to get to and out of. Definitely would recommend (especially needing a pet-friendly hotel).

It's clean and well maintained. First impression was not so great because the hallway is kind of ugly and has strong perfume smell. But the room was fine. Price point was good, use your AAA discount. I used the gym. Although the weight machine is vintage I appreciated use of it and the nice elliptical. This is a big place If it was my business I'd dream of cheery updates to give it color like the Sleep Inn in Woodbridge, Virginia.
