Great place to stay at a great price! The room was nice and clean! The little mini kitchen and living room is a nice touch! The only issue I had was the night crew not telling the morning crew that I had a late checkout request. I got approval for a 1:00 p.m. late check out and at 12:05 the morning crew was calling me on the phone asking me why I hadn't checked out yet. Other than that I had a great stay! Thank you for your hospitality and great easy quick breakfast!
Positive: This hotel is our 3rd hotel and definately the best that we have stayed in so far. ALL of the staff are friendly and so helpful. The free breakfast is absolutely delicious and such a variety. We will definitely stay here again.
Positive: We were surprised that the rooms was so spacious and for what we paid, it was worth it. The hotel was clean, it smells good and you can tell it¿s well maintained. The waffle maker was on point and made a perfect waffle all the time. Negative: They can update their decorations to be more modernized, but that didn¿t bother us that much.

Last minute trip to Magnolia and ended up staying here for the night. Very quiet, clean, safe and staff very nice and accommodating. Love the Texas waffles and other breakfast selections very nice as well. Good job!
I am leaving this review for my father. He stayed at this hotel only one night and the person working the front counter held over $700 on his credit card. Hmmmmm very fishy. The manager was very nice and helpful. But what hotel holds over $700 dollars for a room that costs 60 bucks a night. In addition, my father only used his credit card at one location while in Waco. TX which was this hotel and later he came to find out that someone tried purchasing something with his credit card numbers at the mall in waco for $2700. Thank God for citi bank because they flagged everything as fraud. But he was still hurt financially while on his trip since he was unable to use his card because of a thief staff member at this hotel. Hope they are found, charged, and fired! Beware staff behind the desk, you could get robbed.
The people were very accommodating and courteous. The dbl queen rooms on the 3rd floor were a great size for a quick stay. The pull out couch was wonderful. Thanks for a great stay!
The room was clean, large, and comfortable. It had everything we needed and some perks we didn't expect. The hotel was quiet, and all the staff we spoke to were friendly.
