The first room, #125,smelled like cigarettes. It was non smoking. There was a cleaned ashtray and it was even turned over like the housekeeping did it.|The second room, #108, smelled fine until we went into the bathroom. It smelled like pot. The bed sounded like the mattress was on top of cardboard boxes that creaked with any movement. The toilet ran most of the night. The shower nozzle was broken.|We wanted to leave early so we got to breakfast at 6:05. It was almost all gone and the lady said that was it. The counter lady said the workers take it all. I saw maybe a dozen others eating or going through. There was no salt or pepper for the eggs. She also said they never have salt/pepper. The coffee was cool. The biscuits were hard. The orange juice had a really nasty after taste. |The room was clean.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in. Not only was the room disgusting but the people were unprofessional. I was supposed to stay 3 nights and didn’t even make it to one. Im pretty sure there was illegal stuff going on in the room next to us. It was so bad that some lady who was visiting with the individuals that were staying there, peed on the stairs and then cleaned it up with a shirt and put it in her bag. When we finally had enough and decided to leave after a couple of hours the front desk didn’t even want to refund my money.

We stayed here during bad weather and it was very quiet, we weren’t disturbed by any noise from any other rooms, the only noise was from the storm. The breakfast has great muffins and the staff are very nice and helpful. The room we stayed in was very clean and smelt nice, the air conditioner worked fine and the tv worked well also.

Rooms are ok. Very obese older lady doesn't like to get out of her chair. They were out of milk during breakfast and someone told her and first she responded for them to look in the fridge. Then was she was told again and she huffs, goes to the back, and then comes back and puts it on the desk and sits back down. Then somebody comes over to pour their milk and when they put it back where she had it she tells them it goes in the fridge. When I tried to checkout and asked for a receipt, she told me it was booked by a 3rd party and that she couldn't print it. I told her I've been using my app for 15 years and always got a receipt. She just shrugged her shoulders and looked back at her phone. Plus, there are no vending machines here. So all in all, I won't be back.

I just stayed at this location, 5/24/2024 and this place is disgusting. My son found an old baby bottle with nasty milk in it. Fingers prints and some random goop in the sink. When I addressed the issue, the front staff asked if I would ever stay again, I said no. They said the best they can do is 50% off my next stay and there was nothing I could do bc I booked thru a 3rd party. I called 3rd party, they said they can only accept what the hotel offered bc they had the cash. Never come to this hotel unless you want to be sleeping in filth and awoken to the sounds of DV.

I'm not gonna tell anyone where not to spend their money. However, if you choose to stay at this Quality off Margie Dr. in Warner Robins, Ga. Please when you enter start recording every inch of the room when you walk through the door. If not, you would be accused of stealing something that wasn't in the room or their drug addicted maintenance men will lie and say something is missing when it them that's taking stuff out of the room. The refrigerators temperature values are broken in all the rooms I have stayed in. The lights on the outside of the bathroom barely work in some of the rooms. Some of the bed have lumps in them. This how much I book with these people for them to accused me of stealing a land line telephone and alarm clock. What good would either of those items when I have a cell phone. These people are out to scam good people. I woke up from my nap where they tried to charge my card for $200 for a missing phone and alarm clock that probably wasn't even in there when we got there, because both night stands was empty when we got there and we didn't care enough to even notice a phone or alarm clock because we do not use them in any hotel we stay at. Just take pictures or videos if you all choose to stay there or you'll be getting charged for lies from the maintenance men. I called choices hotel to file a formal complaint against them, they was supposed to call before even charging my card and front desk lady lied and said she tried calling me. I showed her my phone log then she looking stupid because I caught her in a lie. I stay at this place at 2 to 3 times a month. Never again. Yall just be careful if you all choose to stay here, the management and staff has no integrity.

Stayed here several times in the past but after this time, never again! They run my credit card when I check in to pay for the 2 days. No problem. I tell them that I have a dog and she says that they will run the pet fees later, ok. Call me 740 am saying that my card is being declined for pet fee, which is $15. They already had the $191 for the room and I've already paid for another day but they wake me up on vacation for $15. I check my account, plenty of money. Say I have to come handle this now. I put it on a different card and call my bank. Bank tells me that they ran my card a total of 3 times but were entering the wrong expiration date! Their fault buy no apology. So I guess that I should just lie and not even mention having a dog and just not pay the pet fee! Maybe when I ask for a non smoking room I don't get one that reeks of cigarettes! Didn't even care about that but the stupid phone call early in the morning for $15 when they already have the money for 2 nights and know that I'm staying another day but this has to be handle NOW! No more Quality Inn's for me, too many other choices

Room was clean and comfy. Staff unfriendly. WORST breakfast I have had. It was continental NOT a full breakfast. Coffee in pot was lukewarm. No hot water for making tea. Not even a piece of fruit! Not returning.
