We a family of 8 were on vacation and stayed at various choice hotels location during our 7 days vacation spree. We Started our journey at Portland, then Comfort Inn San Diego, the room and service was nothing superior. I have nothing but good things to say about our first part of the stay. I booked the Quality Inn which appeared good in pictures and since it was closer to LAX, I thought it would offer everything that other choice hotels did, so I booked and stayed at the Quality Inn LAX for three nights, 2 rooms with 2 Queen beds and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. To start, the room was below standards, laundry on site was out of service, washroom low quality, no hot tub and despite LA’s weather, no heated pool. How do you expect to relax after a full day at Universal when there is no hot pool or tub, while staying with 4 kids on a vacation.. This was not what I expected from a hotel that advertises comfort and quality. Additionally, the manager on site is not available to address any of your issues and despite addressing my concerns to the front desk, there was no follow up by the manager. This left me feeling more frustrated than welcomed. The breakfast options were adequate but not the best, which did not meet the standards of other hotels I've stayed at. Overall, my stay was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others or any families with children unless you’re on a tight budget. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

A perfectly solid experience. We stayed in a room with three beds, 5 of us in total. Rooms were perfectly average, shower and. bathroom was clean. AC worked. Pool was great to enjoy on a hot summer day, and the breakfast was perfectly fine. If you're visiting and need a place near the airport / Sofi and the stadiums nearby , would reccomend.

Absolutely terrible. Writing this whilst still at hotel. For non smoking rooms, they still smelled like smoke. People running around corridors at 2am yelling, screaming, banging on doors and opening and closing them. Woke up our whole family as we thought someone was trying to get into our room. Whole property is accessible to anyone on the street. No gates/ access points to stop passerbuyers from walking up to rooms. Can get into lift and access all floors. Thought we were safe being away from main road, but actually would have preferred to be in the building rooms and not exterior. Only bonus was checkin lady who served us was nice. Would never stay or recommend here again and glad we’re leaving.

I read reviews and booked our room here. Our room had a very bad odor. It smelled like the carpet was rotting. Since we moved in after flight delays and after midnight we didn’t switch room. The smell was unbearable. Funny thing was when we stayed in the room you kind of get used to it. Anyways since we were not staying in the room and roaming LA we didn’t change room. Moreover it was a packed week. Breakfast was awesome. It had the good stuff and the quality was good too. Waffles would runout fast and they would refill it. The had the good yogurt and Nutella and plenty of fruits. Bagels and breads were not hard as rock. Service was good over here at the kitchen. They need to focus in cleaning the room when the guest leave and spray some fresheners.

Great value for the money! I needed a suite with an adjoining pullout bed and a partition for the suite (for privacy of our third traveller). This Quality Inn offered that with a separate door to the bedroom and a flat screen TV in each room however, we all had to share one bathroom, located in the main bedroom. Not a problem for us. The complimentary hot breakfast was filling with make-your-own waffles; sausage patties; eggs (both hard boiled and cooked); cereal; yogurt; fresh fruit; an assortment of breads (white, wheat, English muffins, bagels); coffee; tea; juices and more. No restaurant on the premises, but Panda Express, Del Taco and a 7-11 next door, plus you can order-in. Shout out to the desk staff who were all wonderful and helpful! The maintenance staff were always cleaning the hotel lobby and sweeping the parking lot helping to make it shine. Not the safest-looking of neighborhoods, but I did not feel unsafe during my stay. The location to LAX, Hollywood and the beaches was perfect. The room and bedding was clean offering a coffee maker (Keurig style), microwave oven and small refrigerator. Although the planes from LAX fly over the hotel, we could not hear them from inside our room. Did not try the outdoor pool, but it looked nice. There are 2 elevators on the property, but one was "out of service" on our second day. My only suggestion to management would be to possibly install new elevators. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again for the value, the location, the wonderful staff, the free on site parking and the hearty breakfast!

Overall summary:||||Pros: The hotel location was perfect. The room and bed were comfortable. The breakfast was good. Hotel staff were professional and helpful.||||Cons: Hallways wreaked of marijuana. Elevators were both out of service during our stay, including an entrapment. The room had an unpleasant smell that persisted through our stay, not sure if it was mold/mildew or urine. Lighting in room was inadequate.||||Pet peeves: Charge for parking ($10/night). Pool not heated.||||In the future when we go to this area, due to the health & safety concerns noted in this review, we will not be staying here again.||||Detailed review:||||Hotel location/ease of access: The hotel is conveniently located very near SoFi Stadium and LAX airport.||||Hotel parking: At the time of our stay, there was a $10/night charge for parking at the hotel. ||||Hotel Amenities: ||||Pool: We stayed mid-May 2024 and the outside pool did not feel heated to me. There is no spa.||||Breakfast: The breakfast was good. The eggs in particular were of note to us as being good, as they were not the "normal scrambled hotel egg mix." The staff member in charge of the breakfast service ensured that all the food was refreshed in a timely manner.||||Elevators (concerns): This hotel has 2 elevators a main elevator by the reception area and a 2nd elevator in the other building. Upon our arrival, we noted the 2nd elevator was out of service. Halfway through our stay, when we arrived at the hotel around midnight, the main elevator was also out of service. We were surprised by this (we were on the 4th floor), and out of curiousity pressed the button. The doors opened so we mentioned it to the front desk person on duty. He said he would test it for us, as he thought maybe it had been fixed, and he got in the carriage and then became entrapped in the elevator on the 2nd floor. It seemed that he was the only front desk employee on staff overnight and the emergency call button in the elevator rang to the front desk. We called the fire department to get him out, and upon their arrival, we took the stairs to our room on the fourth level. The next day the main elevator by the reception desk was fixed, The 2nd elevator was never fixed during our stay.||||Non-smoking hotel (concerns): This hotel claims to be a 100% non-smoking hotel. Our experience did not demonstrate that to be true. The smell of marijuana was extremely strong in the hallways, and I'm pretty sure if you looked at it from space, you would see a marijuana cloud hovering over it. It was extremely unpleasant to us.||||Room space/comfort level: Our room was spacious and had 3 Queen sized beds. The beds were clean, fresh, well-made and very comfortable and I slept very well.||||Room Location/Noise level: We were assigned room 433, which was on the 4th level. The elevator was on one side of our door and the ice machine was on the other side of the door. During our stay, the elevator was out of order and the ice machine was barely used. We did not hear anyone in the room next door to us.||||Room issues (concerns): ||||Odor in room: There was a very strong odor in our room that never abated. We were unable to ascertain what the odor was or where the odor was coming from, we speculated that it was possibly the carpet (urine?) or the A/C unit (mold/mildew?). We alerted the front desk immediately after we checked in, and they offered to move us to another room (the 2nd floor room of this type was available), however, we declined, because the 3rd floor room was occupied and we did not want overhead noise.||||Carpet: The carpet in the room had several large stains.||||Lighting in room: The lighting in the room was inadequate. There were no bedside lamps, just an LED strip between two of the beds - there were two toggle switches, but the same lights came on for both switches. For the third bed, there was no lighting at all. There was an overhead light in the middle of the room. No lights at all on the far side of the room.||||Hotel staff: The staff at this hotel were extremely professional, helpful and took great pride in their work. I was very impressed with their thoughtfulness. For example, I always request an extra comforter as I get very cold when I sleep. At this hotel, I was provided an extra comforter upon request, and the staff member who brought it had put it in the dryer to warm it up for me. I am so impressed with the hotel staff. Their hospitality skills would enable them to easily work at a 5 star resort, and in my opinion, were the primary redemption of this hotel.

Don't book through a 3rd party because you will be told one price then once u get there and check out the price will be higher. We also asked for 2 rooms and got charged for one room with 3 beds which didn't give us a family of 7 not that much room to be comfortable. Then we came here for a concert and we left right after breakfast but once we returned to the room at 11pm our room was not cleaned by house keeping. We had no clean towels for the next day, no coffee in the room and had to lay down after a really fun day out just to come back to a uncleaned room. They give u ice buckets with no ice machines on the floor. I even walked down the day of and talked to the front desk which they made it seem like something would be done and he was gone talk to the manager. Once ready to check out I then spoke to the manager also and told her about my experience and all she said was sorry it won't happen again lol. Worse experience ever. Room 333

Only stayed one night. Room was fine, breakfast was good. Was able to walk to some restaurants and bus stop. Good place to stay near airport. We didn't use the shuttle so i can't say how that was. I saw a lot of mixed reviews, but we had a good stay.

Good location to base yourself out of if planning a trip in the LA area. The location is easy on and off the freeway, which makes it easy to get around. Well, as best you can in LA traffic. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only

Love my stay here. Find the room clean and big. Breakfast : pancake, bread, cereals, egg and bacon. Pretty decent I feel. Just that the room will be noisy in morning as it’s at the cross junction.
