Quality Inn & Suites - Hotel in Franklin - 6475 Culbertson Rd, USA

We had a great experience during our one-night stay. Check in was smooth, the room was very clean, the beds were comfortable (best night sleep I've had in a while!), and the breakfast was tasty with a good variety of food. The staff we encountered were all kind and helpful. I recommend staying here!

THIS MOTEL CHARGES AN OUTRAGEOUS PET FEE OF $25 PER PET PER NIGHT, WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE! THE DESK STAFF DOES NOT TELL YOU ABOUT THE FEE OVER THE PHONE. THEY WAIT UNTIL YOU CHECK IN! THIRD PARTY MOTEL APPS DO NOT WARN CUSTOMERS ABOUT THE PET FEE WHEN BOOKING THROUGH AN APP! The exterior of the motel is in disrepair and outdated. THERE IS NO POOL AS ADVERTISED! The grounds are littered with trash. It feels like it's located in a seedy part of town. The hallways constantly reek of marijuana! The rooms need dehumidifiers because they have a strong mold smell. The rooms are so humid that the carpeting and bedding always feel damp. The bathtub was very narrow. The man who checked me in initially was very nice. An older Middle Eastern man who handled the breakfast service every day was also very nice. The breakfast selection was good with a lot of choices, including making your own fresh waffles! No products in one of the vending machines. The ice machine sounded like it was ready to blow. The room decor needs updated.

Coming for a weekend trip for a wedding and this hotel was our top option. The price was something that was very affordable but yet and still the service we received was top tier. We got to the hotel at 2:30 and were able to check in cause our room was already done. I called to the front desk at 3am for toilet paper and the lady was downstairs waiting. We needed plastic wear for a dinner we took home from the wedding and they provided without any question, and as a person that once worked in a hotel I know certain things to looks for, and everything was in SHAPE!!! This will definitely be our pick when we come up to visit family.

I was in Franklin for a concert & just needed a place to sleep. I think people expect Hilton experience for a budget hotel price. The room was clean, bug free, nice bedding, slept well. I had my own pillow, so I didn't try hotels out. They offered 4 pillows per bed. Pillows seemed to be nice but am pillow picky, so I pack my own. |The AC didn't seem to put out a lot of cold air. We left it on high while we went to concert. Temperature outside was in the 60's when we returned, so room temperature was ok. How would it have been if temperature was 80 overnight, I don't know. |No extra room in the bathroom, buy it got the job done. It does have a table & stool outside the bathroom. There is no mirror over the table or lights over table, if someone needed to use it for hair or makeup.|The bath towels were nice & thick. |It does have a closet with sliding door with full length mirror on the doors.|I didn't open the frig up, use the microwave or turn on the tv. |The carpet looked ok, if it was replaced, it would update the room but I appreciate $97 (AAA discount) for 2 Q beds on a Friday night. |If you have an issue climbing deep steps, make sure you get the bottom floor. I didn't see a sign for an elevator.|Breakfast is on 6a-9am. I was too tired at 8am to go down before a shower, so breakfast was over with shortly before we were ready to go down.|I would suggest for desk clerk to stay around the desk. It didn't take too long for him to show up to check in. I just laid key cards on counter when we checked out. I wasn't going to stand there for unknown time to say am gone. I hated not saying am gone, but if front desk can't be staffed at all times, I can't help just leaving.|There is multiple restaurants in the area to choose from.|Hotel is at the end of a dead end road. It appeared to had a building torn down before you got to the hotel. There is a lot for truck/camper/bus parking. |I would stay again if I am ever back in the area & just needed a hotel for sleep only. I enjoy outdoor pools in the summer, if I have time to get in 1. That is the only thing the hotel didn't have besides an elevator for me.

We had trouble getting a room in a nearby town an found this one. It was fine. Beds were comfy. We were able to get a first floor room which was nice. Room was clean an they had a hot breakfast. That’s always nice to eat before heading out. I would stay here again.

Positive: The staff was pleasant and it was close to where we were visiting. The complementary breakfast was as is to be expected? Waffles, eggs, biscuits, and gravy, cereal, etc. Negative: For the amount of money the hotel did not live up to standards. There was mold on our ceiling, the hallway reeked of pot, and our room had a musty mildew smell. Also, The booking still states that there is a pool, it has clearly been closed a long time.

Very outdated. $146 total I spent on a room Friday and was not pleased to say the least. Hardly any vending machines worked,the brackets that were on the uncomfortable beds were stained,the fridge was not properly cleaned the air conditioner seemed to hardly even put out cold air. You would think for the price I paid it would have been a better stay. I was not happy with our room at all.

Conveniently located off of exit 32 on I-75 in Franklin, OH. The room & bathroom were a good size. Rooms could use some updating & a little more attention to cleaning. Nice, full hot breakfast bar that included waffles, eggs, biscuits & gravy, cereal, juice, coffee, etc. The gentleman that checked us in, Neel, and the manager, Tiffany, were very nice & friendly. Overall, it was a good stay.
