Traveling late and I seen good reviews, so we made the stop. However, the sign on the front door said, "please excuse us during our remodel." I asked if our room had been remodeled. The desk attendant said, "yes, we just have a few others that we are changing the vanities in." However, Room 106 has only been updated with new vinyl flooring; everything else was old, dated and rusted to the point that you don't know if it is not dirty too. I would not recommend this place. Some rooms may be improved, but not all.
The bath was great! Hottest water and fluffy towels!! The front desk was great and very helpful. Breakfast was clean and we were very happy with our stay! We will definitely be coming back couldn’t say anything bad!! Quality inn has stepped it up. Keep up the good work :)
Top tier hotel! I genuinely cannot recommend this place more. I stayed there because my car broke down and I had a terrible day and the front desk staff and quality of the room genuinely made it all better. There are so many restaurants nearby so for a quick bite and a Walmart across the street for anything you might need! I don’t know how often I’ll have to come through this area but you can bet on the fact I’ll stay here if I come through again!
The beds was so comfortable, Breakfast host met every need that morning.Rooms was clean and environment was safe. Definitely my go to hotel I felt like at home while away cause the workers are so welcoming and check in and out was fast and easy
Great hotel!! Man who worked there last night 7/8/24 went above and beyond with service, accommodation, and kindness. Never complained when asked for anything. I've traveled quite a lot...back and forth from Texas to Florida and vice versa and from from FL to NC etc, and I can say its very rare to see such a nice person working the night shift. We got there about 12 am after searching for a good place for the 6 of us to get some rest. We traveled from TX to see my daughter for her baby shower!! After driving for about 13 hours, we were exhausted and moody, especially after looking for a motel for over an hour.
I had to go to the office a few times and each time the guy was very nice and when I asked for extra towels he gave me exactly what I asked for, with no complaints (I've had issues asking other motels for extra towels etc). He even gave me a tour of everything they'd have for breakfast the next morning. We had a suite cuz there was 6 of us. Two full size beds, and a pull out couch which was surprisingly comfortable. Air worked great. And we even got a good breakfast this morning!! Usually, when they say you get free breakfast its usually packaged donuts, muffins, etc. But they actually had a real breakfast!! Eggs, sausage, and a waffle maker to make yourself waffles!! Plus cereal, oatmeal, bagels, etc. All in all...a great experience at Quality Inn & Suites at 6819 US-129, Live Oak, FL 32060
We will definitely be looking for other Quality Inns when we have to stay in a motel.

One of the best Quality inn i have stayed in., Comfortable beds, very clean rooms with FREE hot Breakfast with professional and friendly faces all around. close to I-10 right on exit. Prefect stop for my trip from south Florida to Alabama.|Can't wait to stay in Fall
Canceled the stay and they still charged a fee. Avoid this scam hotel.||Be ready to call your bank and contest the charges. As you can tell from other reviewers, the management team is subpar so be ready for pushback and denials. They definitely try to make it hard to get your money back.
When we first walked in the smell was sweet and welcoming
“Ju Ju” has a most influence Smile and welcoming voice. She makes you feel right at home from the beginning. Very helpful.
She gave me a small gift the had 2 waters and a power bar— that really touched my heart . I hope your whole staff is as kind and influence as she is —- if so you have one of the better staffs I have dealt With looking forward to my stays at other Comfort Suites because ok “Ju Ju"
