Quality Inn & Suites Little Rock West - Hotel in Little Rock - 300 Markham Center Dr, USA

We spent 2 nites at this Quality Inn. I was impressed with friendliness of the front desk staff. Since we were staying due to an early morning medical procedure, the location was ideal. We were placed in a quiet area of the hotel, which was very much appreciated. Room was a king with sofa, comfortable and clean. Good breakfast both mornings we were there. I'm a Choice Hotel loyalty club member and often stay at hotels on their network. I highly recommend this Quality Inn and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We came into town for a funeral after driving 8 hours. The clerk at the desk, Rickey, informed me he had no reservation. I showed him my confirmation. He laughed and said on this is for February. You really have to check your dates. He was able to change our reservation, but not before telling me two more times that I need to check my dates. Thank you so much for mansplaining my mistake to me over and over. There was also a guest with an incredibly loud vehicle right outside our window.

Very friendly staff, and most helpful. The beds are comfy. This is not the fanciest hotel in the world, with tons of entertainment for the kids, but if you want a simply clean and comfortable place to rest, this is where it's at. The breakfast looked pretty good, but since I was having breakfast at my meeting venue, I didn't partake. I did snatch some coffee. It was good.

If only we could give a zero. Came on a business Trip chose this hotel which ended up being a terrible decision. Staff rude. Rooms are moldy out of date and TV didn't work. Complained to front desk and got another room. Even worse. All you hear is the ceiling cracking from people above. Mold in the air and heater unit below the window. People subject to be smoking either meth or some kind of drugs out front and back like its a normal thing. Won't be back to a quality inn ever. Good breakfast though

The hotel was most accommodating and honestly had the best mattress and pillow options. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and will be staying there again when there is a need for me to travel to Little Rock. I didn't even think to ask about a special rate since we had a family member in surgery at UAMS, but not only did I receive a special rate, we were allowed an early check-in since we hadn't slept and had been at the hospital the previous day/night. Exceptional customer service!

This hotel was very, very clean. I was relieved after having several bad experiences in the Choice Hotels line. This is a great location- close to the major roads. We were on the side of the hotel away from the main highway and didn't hear anything. The bed was a bit firm for my liking- but I'm sure a lot of people would appreciate it. The ONLY complaint- is about their breakfast. We were here on a weekend and went to breakfast about 8:30. It was obvious that the staff were trying to wind breakfast down. The issue was- that's when a lot of people were coming down to eat. So it was skimpy at best... Other than that- I really love a clean hotel!

Positive: Friendly staff, nice room, clean, with amenities. Although right on a busy freeway, the building shielded us from the traffic noise. We were happy with the experience. Negative: Not really - and although NO bed feels like home, this was totally acceptable. And how great to have the smell you WANT to smell rather than anything musty, rusty or rank.

Kind staff during stays to assist critically ill parents. One employee suggested that I call directly to make reservations as a “medical stay” at a discounted rate. This helped greatly and solidified my loyalty to the Choice Hotels family. Photograph any bedspread burns upon arrival to avoid previous damage charges.
