Hotel is in extreme dire need for an update!! And the free “hot” breakfast is basically waffles and coffee no fruits or eggs and sausages. I'd recommend if you're just staying for a night or 2 but that's be it. The Comfort Suites next door is slightly better option in my opinion

The bedding and towels are newer and clean, the beds are comfortable. I think the staff members who clean the rooms are doing a great job considering what they're working with. Otherwise, this hotel is rundown and very overpriced. ||Nothing is being maintained. Grass isn't watered, weeds aren't pulled, dead trees and bushes are everywhere. The doors in the rooms have burn marks and holes, the curtains have rips and aren't hung properly. Picture hangers were on walls without pictures. The floor and table lamps are wobbly with dirty shades. This area has many hotels that are much cleaner and nicer and probably similarly priced.

The name behind this location and the location itself is always consistent for a quick place to stay. This location is NOT satisfactory. The lobby appears delayed in any refreshers, turn to the elevator and the walls are obviously dinged,damaged,dirty. The elevator is beyond missing some Windex and a vacuum, then the room...OMG, spiders in corners of bathroom, wet bathtub as if someone had just used it, carpets not clean, cigarette burns on sink and not feeling as if you want to sleep under linens. Air conditioner works wonders, that was nice. Makes me sad. All can be fixed with the right management and a little work on every shift.

This hotel definitely did not meet our standards, which aren't very high. There were beds to lay on at night, a fair bathroom, decent wifi and a functional treadmill. All other components were poor at best. The elevator was sketchy, the room doors were all different colors and in poor condition, the windows allowed all noise from the parking lot below to be heard, the walls were thin, the bathroom door was in poor condition, the breakfast was lacking. Most occupants seemed to reside at the hotel. It was very loud in the room in the evenings from the surrounding rooms and the parking lot. The curtains allowed tons of front lighting in. Overall, this hotel needs a major remodel to be competitive in today's market. i would not stay here again.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights one room was much cleaner than the other but both were in very rough shape there were stains on the floor that were sticky it was disgusting, the couch was stained and dirty. The towel bar in the bathroom was barely hanging on. I was not impressed with breakfast it consisted of waffles, apples, yogurt, dry cereal and the worst coffee I've ever had in my life and juice. The walls are filthy and floors are gross, the wifi didn't work most of the time the ac was really loud and only worked half the time curtains were torn, the bathtub was squeaky what do I mean by that every time you moved in the shower it made very loud squeaky noises which makes it a little bit hard to shower quietly while your partner sleeps in. The tiles on the bathroom floor were loose and In the cracks that should have had grout was lots of nastiness absolutely the worst hotel experience I've ever had by far very disappointing.

I have traveled for 50 years all around the world. This is the first time that I’ve ever stayed in a hotel that I was so dissatisfied, and angry with. I thought it was strange that when I checked in and paid cash, they didn’t give me a receipt. I actually had to go downstairs later, and get a receipt for the money that I gave them. I know better, so that was on my part in the parking lot. There’s no paperwork that I had to sign. I was so tired. I just wanted to get to my room. Nevertheless, I accept responsibility for being so stupid . This is not a hotel, this is a flop house, full of street people. Absolutely no security in the parking lot. People hanging around in the hallways and staircases. People are doing laundry next to my room as I write this review. Who in the world would put a room next to the laundry room? It’s almost midnight, and “people” are still doing laundry.. You can hear the washer and dryer going with a loud humming sound Through the walls. The heater in my room does not work. There are no maintenance people on staff at night to fix anything. The desk clerk had an attitude when I called to tell her about the heater not working . There are a bunch of electrical outlets in this room that are singed, which means that they have electrical issues. The electrical plugs and the lamps are protruding from the top and are loose, which is an electrical hazard . The ceiling in the bathroom is gross, and the popcorn ceiling is falling apart. The elevators are filthy….this place stinks. The couch in my room is filthy. The desk does not have a lamp where I can do my work. The carpets are filthy. The refrigerator is warm. The wall mounted heater is ripped halfway off from the wall. The screens are all torn. This place is worse than Bangkok, I hope to God people read this review because believe me the pictures that they show online or nothing like what this place is really all about. If you think you’re getting a decent discount based on the pictures…..I had to find out the hard way that you get what you pay for. I’m checking out tomorrow morning, getting my (cash) money back and finding another hotel .

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I went back in 2021 to find people just loitering in the front, our non smoking room reeking of smoke, and roaches scuttling along the floor within 10 minutes of my arrival. My family no longer trusts me to plan trips and I don’t blame them, we found another place that same night.

Stay away. Customer service is so lacking it is stunning. They put duplicate holds on card and refused to look into the problem and hung up multiple times on phone. If you need to stay in the area, choose literally any other place.
