Good place, we stayed her for 3 nights and 4 days. Nice and honest staff. Very friendly and helpful breakfast crew. If you forget anything and call, they will offer to send it to you (of course you pay for shipping). AC worked good in our room, good sized mini fridge and microwave. The downside is if the 2 ice machines are broken or empty they have no other ice. The wiring at the outlets/powestrips to the machines is very sketchy and actually dangerous. The rooms need a bit more time focused on cleaning. The floors need to be actually mopped and the cleaned behind the beds, under AC units, behind the stands. Our dog found lots of moldy dog food and snacks foods everywhere in these places. If they got more ice machines like some of the other local hotels that offer bin style for filling for coolers that would make this place awesome!!!!

This hotel is fantastic! The location is ideal, with easy access to the London Bridge, shops, and plenty of restaurants. The pool is fantastic, and the atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. The room's A/C was perfect for the summer heat, ensuring a comfortable stay. I want to personally commend Aaliyah for her exceptional service. Despite our late arrival from L.A., she was incredibly kind and ensured we got a lovely room overlooking the pool for my family. Thank you so much for your care and going the extra mile for your guests. I will definitely be back next time; I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and the complimentary breakfast buffet. Exceptional Stay: A Oasis by the London Bridge

I stayed here in July for 3 nights and 4 days. When we walked in the room it at a glance didn't look bad. As we walked across the floors we realized the floors were filthy, our feet turned black. We all went to take a shower and only had one towel to share in a 4 person room. We only had 3 people. After the boys showered I used the towel to mop the floor, it turned black as well. We turned on the television and we had no TV. They came and fixed that, kinda, we only had one channel, and it sucked. We went to the front desk to get more towels and again we're only give 1 towel, they said the didn't have any extra. I had to go to the store and buy wash cloths and towels so we could shower. Day 2, we woke up and I went to make some coffee yet the coffee pot was dirty and still had grounds in the basket. That afternoon we came back and learned we were locked out of our room. I went to the front desk to get back in our room. I was told it doesn't happen to often, only when people stay more than a couple of days. Doesn't make since to me. The whole time no one ever came and cleaned our room or make the beds. I stayed there a couple of years ago and they cleaned everyday, had plenty of towels, it was a clean room. I don't know what happened. I was so disappointed.

Horrible place!!! Surprised the bed didn’t have a coin slot…. I will be posting details based on how this is taken care of from the management. I have pictures and video to post. This place is unbelievably run down… they keep the conference area, main hall and lobby nice the rest of the property is falling apart. Maintenance in the rooms is horrible, half the amenities do not work. Blood stains on the bed and sheets stay away…. Reply to their reply. There were no signs of any renovations going on. This place is a dump it’s a 1star hotel at best.

I recently stayed here for 3 night, and it was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. The sheets and floors were full of stains. The bathroom was also very dirty with a lot of hair behind the door. We asked for them to change the sheet, and they said they would have someone change them, but that never happened. After we asked them the second time to change them they told us that they only do housekeeping every 3 days. The door to the room was also loose, and the screws from the latch falling out. One of the designated smoking areas was literally outside the room and all the smoke was coming into the room. The lobby was remodel but the rest of the hotel is in horrible shape. Staff was jot helpful at all. The only good thing about it was the location. Is very close to london bridge and rotary park. I would definitely not stay here.

Our recent stay at this establishment was nothing short of a nightmare. What appeared to be a nicely renovated facility online turned out to be a deceiving facade. As soon as we walked in, we were hit by an overwhelming odor, and the surrounding area was clearly neglected and unpleasant. The room conditions were appalling. There were stains on the sheets and the toilet was so filthy I had to cover it with toilet paper just to use it. Mold was visibly growing in the sink, indicating a severe lack of cleanliness and maintenance. Our family members, who also booked discovered bed bugs. Additionally, the premises seemed unsafe. This place is a complete catfish – it looks decent online but is far from it in reality. We strongly advise against staying here. You truly get what you pay for, and we learned our lesson the hard way. We will never return and urge others to avoid this facility at all costs. Please be aware of the condition and reputation of accommodations before booking.

Booked last minute for memorial weekend and knew it was risky but decided to give it a try since it was much cheaper than anything that was left. To put it nicely it’s a s**t hole but they are slowly remodeling the rooms. The first room we had faced the main street into havasu and the traffic noise was so bad I couldn’t sleep even with ear plugs and a sound machine. So we switched rooms that faced the parking lot and it was better. I brought my own sheets and showered in flip flops it’s that yucky. The outdoor area needs to be pressure washed. We had puke outside our first room that was never cleaned up. A very sketchy crowd hangs out there. When we left today a guy with no shirt asked if he could use our room after we left. Heck no! Go trash it and I’m responsible. I made an excuse that my brother in law was still inside because he clearly was up to no good. He kept walking back & forth and looking over his shoulder. Felt very worried and was happy to leave. Desk staff were nice. Breakfast waffles are good. Everything else looked blah.

This is a sh--hole. When we arrived I went into our room and had to use the toilet, however, being 83, it's not easy to do deep knee bends. I asked for a riser to put on our toilet. The gentlemen at the front desk said they didn't have one and that I should have asked for a handicap room!!! REALLY!!!I. I've been traveling all my life and never saw a toilet that was almost in the sewer line. Well, we made it through one night and in the a.m., I asked someone at the front desk if they will make the beds and give us towels. This was around 7 a.m., the two woman said, "Of course, definitely!!!" We asked another person around 10 a.m. and she said, "Did you ask?" I asked a guy around 4 and he said, "Wait, I'm not sure, let me check" He then asked someone and they said yes".Well our beds were made, however, the sink and mirror were filthy. Being that I couldn't sit on the toilet, I tried the toilet in the lobby. The lights come on automatically, great. There are four toilets. The first one was filthy, the next two were locked with no one inside, the last one had no hook on the door, dirty and then the lights went out on me. Public areas were remodeled, however DIRTY, FILTHY. I have been to many motels and hotels and cruise ships, however, NEVER WILL I EVER STAY HERE AGAIN. I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS WHAT A HORRIBLE PLACE THIS IS!!!
