Quality Inn and Suites : Jackson North - Hotel in Jackson - 5723 Interstate 55 North Frontage Rd, USA

This place was close to where my son would be staying for College. This hotel was disgusting. It reeked of Cigarettes and weed smoke yet we were told there is no smoking in the room. . The ceiling in the bathroom shower leaked and the toilet had black stuff under the rim. It was dusty and smelly. It didn’t have mattress pads on the bed . It hand no phone in the room . The pool was not in service. The curtains were dirty. Just nasty. If I could give negative stars it would be a negative 5. I feel the worker / operators were doing most of the smoking so they really didn’t care if others smoked. The sink was in the open room with the shower and the toilet was in a room with a door . Felt like stay at a place where people do their nasty business and leave. So gross .

I must say: the time I spent at this hotel was exceptional. From the personable staff to the cleanliness of the rooms- everything was exceptional and I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. If you're looking for value, a wonderfully personable staff and a centrally located hotel, you should definitely consider staying.

Im older, so i prefer an accessible room, and that's what i booked, but the guy at the front desk changed my booking. It's not the best location, but the hotel is clean and in good shape. The cleaning lady didn't want to take no for an answer when I told her I didn't want my room cleaned on the second day of my stay. They did have a coffee maker but no sugar or cream. A/c buttons do not work, so I could not control the temperature. (Room 316)

I did not have a good experience at this hotel. The rooms smelled of a damp basement and the carpet was also damp and smelled of mildew. The air conditioner was not functioning well and the room itself was practically intolerable because of the smell. Same for the hallways! The bathrooms were not cleaned thoroughly, nor was the coffee maker. No coffee making supplies were there! Thankful it was only for one night.

I don't expect a lot from hotels but this one didn't even come close to the bare minimum. Easy check in. Beds looked clean. Bathroom was a broken disaster with water all of the floor and broken tiles. The pool is down due to maintenance in july, okay. The fitness room smells like mildew. Breakfast was a bad joke, I've never had a bad waffle till now. Was biscuits and gravy, all gone by the time i got down stairs so no idea on how good that was. So basically just the bed was good. If I ever come through jackson again, I'll stay somewhere else.

I enjoyed being here. It was clean, accommodating, budget-friendly, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were relaxing for me and my family. No complaints about the inside of this property which is where I spent my time.

I just left from this hotel from being on the road traveling, hotel as great service, breakfast is delicious, very nice employees u ask they are on it and very respectful I can say they aim to please. Rooms are very clean, along with very comfortable beds.....just all around a very comfortable and friendly stay. No complaints at all

These reviews have to be forged because there’s no way there’s this many 5 star reviews for a 1 star place. This place is a joke. Smells like marijuana throughout the whole building. Rooms are disgusting. The bed springs are broke. Air conditioning sounds like running water. Mold all around the bathroom tub. The toilet is broke. It’s loud. People running all in and out of this run down hotel.
