Best hotel experience that I have had in years. Entire place very clean. Best feature for me was the bedside wall sconce lamps. They have a flexible arm with a built in reading light. Breakfast dining area is clean, well stocked and continuously monitored by attendant. The only negative point was that the "fireplace in room" advertised is an imitation fireplace. Not very romantic. I will definetly return again next year (unless I find some lodging with a real fireplace nearby).

Positive: The hotel was very clean in a good location. It was great for an overnight stay with our 2 dogs. Negative: The front desk wasn't the most friendly to us but they weren't rude.

I did not stay in this hotel. I got locked out my car and was waiting for AAA to open it. It was cold outside and I only had shorts on. I entered the hotel and asked the night receptionist if I can sit and wait inside, she was very nice and let me sit and have a warm cup of coffee, the receptionist who replaced her also treated me nicely and gave me a charger to charge my phone. I want to thank these ladies as well as the hotel for their hospitality. I am a diamond member and I would consider choice hotels every time I need to stay because of these two ladies.

I was expecting something a bit less quality due to the affordable price but I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in! The staff were very nice and check in was fast. The indoor pool was a added bonus. The room was just slightly musky but that disappeared once I adjusted ac. Room was exceptionally clean! There was a free breakfast buffet that offered all the standard items. This is really my only complaint, the scrambled eggs were just not tasty and I would suggest maybe preparing them with better quality eggs. But overall this was a great experience and yes I would definitely stay again!

Room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. However, at 12:30-1am when the next room was very loud, I tried to call the desk and report and realized the phone had no power cord. I didn't feel comfortable going out to the desk. Very little sleep from myself, daughter and 2 granddaughters. I reported to desk clerk at check out, she was very appogetic. Not my 1st stay at this hotel and not a typical experience.

This is my 3rd time staying at this Hotel. The Rooms are very clean and updated. Each time I have came I see more updates. The entire staff including Management are friendly and helpful. Great Customer Service. The prices are impressive. I have stayed in many very expensive Hotels and wasn’t impressed as I was with Quality Inn & Suites, Hendersonville.

Beautiful room with a fireplace. Breakfast with eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles and other continental items. Great location. The hotel itself is lovely and staff was attentive.

Great hotel, clean rooms. We got a great price for our room. Large rooms with lovely decor. The reception staff were inviting, the rooms were spacious and the breakfast was delicious. Great location. Looking forward to my next visit.
