Quality Inn & Suites Greenfield I-70 - Hotel in Greenfield - 2270 N State St, USA

The exterior is dated, but once you're inside, it's an enjoyable stay. I was not expecting as many breakfast choices as there were, eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, and Chobani yogurts for starters. Appreciated the free cookies in the lobby. The room was spacious and quiet. All in all an enjoyable stay if you don't mind driving a bit to get to Indianapolis.

Positive: Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. It?s an older hotel so it?s not perfect but is served our purpose very well for our one-night stay. Negative: No elevator but we were told o e will soon be installed.

I had a lovely stay here. Checking in was a smooth process and the dude at the front was chill and helpful. Although the room felt a bit old, it was still very clean and comfortable. The location is also very convenient. It’s right off of I-70 and it’s surrounded by lots of restaurants and gas stations, which was perfect for a long distance traveler like me. I did have 2 minor inconveniences though. First was that the parking lot is full of potholes, dodging them felt a bit like playing Mario Kart. The other was that I didn’t have a strong WiFi connection in my room. I was at the very end of the hall so I’m guessing the router couldn’t reach very well. It was fine once I went to the lobby.

After having trouble with the Choice app, I called the front desk. Manager Tim H. promptly answered the phone. Tim was very professional and booked the 2 rooms I needed and gave me a fantastic rate. Upon check-in we noted that everything was super clean. I highly recommend this location.

Okay for a night or couple nights stay. Not the best of hotels, but not the worst. The place is a little outdated and in need of renovation. Not too many charging plugs in the rooms. One of my travel partners said it reminded them of the hotel from the shining, which was funny, except for the fact that this hotel didn't have an elevator (heads up for anyone who may need one). The room was mostly clean, aside from a few little things.

Positive: It?s a dog friendly hotel so if you don?t mind the barking all night it?s a great place to stay!?. I would not stay there again because of that!! Negative: Friday, there was a big dog directly across from us that was barking and didn?t stop until after midnight. We even told the front desk at 10 pm. Then on Sat we got back to the hotel @ 8:20, the dog was barking again. I told the front desk.

Pet friendly! Hotel is dated but i heard they are going to renovate so I'm sure they'll be a 5 star review afterwards. Staff is very friendly. Their breakfast is good too. The towels are thin but hopefully they'll update those too. Pls leave a to for housekeeping. They were very nice to us too :)

The room was comfortable. The only reason it had a four rating is because it's an older hotel. It's in an excellent location with parking for our bigger vehicle. Restaurant in the parking lot. I'm really huge on customer service. When we checked in on Saturday night the 25th we had the pleasure dealing with Nas. This young man was extremely good. He was pleasant to deal with. Had a smile the whole time and had extremely good customer service skills. The 2 ladies in the morning had no one at the desk when we went downstairs. Looked outside. Checked on the vehicle. Took some bags out. Those ladies never had the courtesy. Good morning, hello or anything? Breakfast was good. This was my second stay here and I would recommend this location. Beds were comfortable shower was hot.
