The rooms a little dated and the couch very uncomfortable. The pool could use some work and maybe a heater, but your children will still love it!! Beds and pillows super comfortable!! Small refrigerator and even a microwave. Air conditioner worked well and rooms very clean! As s Gold member we only stay in Choice hotels when available. The staff are so friendly. The free breakfast is the absolute BEST we have ever had in ANY choice hotel! Very clean and keep fully stocked even when it was so busy. Worth the money to stay here!

Great value. Rooms were pretty worn down but relatively clean. Breakfast was a bit short on options, especially for gluten sensitive people. I mostly ate scrambled eggs, although they had a microwave, so I did bring leftovers to heat up a couple times. Coffee was great. Atmosphere was decent and there were options to sit outside too which was nice. Pool looked nice but was packed and the only chance we had to swim was at night when a bunch of men were sitting around with plenty of alcohol so we opted not to swim even though we would have liked to. The exercise room was kept nice and cool and had a water cooler we raided to fill our waterbottles often. There are various options for food on that road, and it was close to Garden of the Gods. I would recommend if you are on a budget but if you are used to a higher end hotel, this might be lacking for you.

Stayed for a week while visiting family and the area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would choose to stay again. Was weird to me that hotel rooms separate from lobby. Liked that there were hot breakfast items. Felt safe as there were several families also staying. Made sure to park in view of cameras just for safety of busy location and what seamed to be many loiters in the area.

Extremely rude staff. They said the pool was open from 9am to 10pm but we went twice to ask if they were going to open the pool, and they only came to test the pool 10 minutes later and took 15 minutes to test the pool. How are we supposed to swim before checking out? The staff at breakfast was snarky too. The couch bed was half broken. The toilet didn't flush. Breakfast was passable.

Stayed one night, in a stinky “pet friendly” room. The admin needs to remove the old stained carpet and replace it with vinyl flooring. Paid additional $25 to suffer this smell. Unforgettable bad experience. Never again!

So there were a few things that did make me feel uncomfortable, for breakfast my family sat down in the waiting area due to no available seating (we had to wait till a table opened up, so go earlier than 7 for breakfast lol.) The pool would of been a plus if it was inside… And my room microwave was dirty. Rooms did smell a bit odd, idk how often they wash hotel carpets. & the pull out couch was kinda broken, and uncomfortable. Oh and I had a noisy neighbors. Lol but good thing it was during the day. I mean I enjoyed my stay after all it wasn’t horrible but it could have been better, service was great though. I enjoyed my breakfast too apart from seating. I guess im not to picky, but I’m being honest for reviews, not others may take it like I do.

I booked this hotel because it got good reviews. I don't understand how. The furniture had stains all over it, everything was just dirty. The pool was gross. The tile around the inside of the pool was supposed to be blue but it was brown from the buildup of body oil and dirt. The suite room layout was good for our family of 5 but that was the only good thing about this property unfortunately. Would not stay again.

Me an my friends stayed here for 1 night. Needless to say, we were not impressed. After we had left the hotel our leader received a text message of a picture of a drawer that was apparently broken. Me right before we left the hotel that morning we saw the drawer that WASNT broken, then right before we walked out of the room, we could see that the drawer was clearly NOT broken. We have AT LEAST 4 or 5 witnesses who said the drawer was not broken when we left. implying that in the time that we left the hotel and the time our leader received the text message, the drawer somehow broke. This is suspicious because the beds were already made when the mechanic got there. And we definitely didn't make the bed(were teenagers) so we believe that the incident may have happened whilst the stewardess was in the room. Also it took a while for us to get our room. Other than that it was a good stay. 👍🏻
