Stayed for a FedEx work trip got back to room after work yesterday and found bed bugs, 3 of them, there is black mold horrible! (Room was under my managers name) Tried to check out at 5 when I got back from work yesterday they refused. He says that the room is beautiful and there's no bugs and no mold and because my stuff was in there for 2 hours of the paid day he will not refund, even though i informed them i was leaving to seek safe haven. To further the insult even though I stayed at another Choice Hotel last night, he would not refund me for the room so I paid for two Choice Hotel rooms last night for just me. Stay away from this hotel the service is horrible and the cleanliness is horrible and I don't know about anybody else

I am in Omaha often for work and I have had 2 hotels that I would rely on for the last 10 years. This hotel wasn't such a nice hotel until they updated and then it was really nice. I always enjoyed my stays here. I got off early and needed to see if they could check me in early. I pulled in knowing if I were to stay I needed to park in the gravel because of my trailer. I got out of my truck and was met by the older guy and he immediately started in on ne I can't even see if there is a room available until I moved my truck and told me it's not even check in time so there's no reason to be there. I finally decided I will not spend another dollar at this hotel.

If I honestly could give this location a 0 stars I would. Mold in our room, towels in the bathroom were dirty and stained. Room was very dirty. It it wouldn’t have been midnight when we checked in and had already driven 16 hours that day, I would have left to go to find another hotel. I would 100% like our money back. There are reviews about room 105 that I later found talking about the smell of mold. It has not been addressed it still smells very much like mold. Breakfast was in a crockpot — cold.

This room hasn’t been actually cleaned in a minute. ||The sheets look clean. The countertop around the sink feels clean. But the faucets are not. Neither is the back of the toilet or the lid. I actually cleaned it so I didn’t have to keep looking at whatever was there. ||Someone else’s make-up, and curly black hair was on a towel I used to dry my hair. The shower barely works. The tub hasn’t been scrubbed in god knows how long. And I don’t even want to think about how the palm prints all over the headboard on the bed my child slept on came to be. ||At least I didn’t see any evidence of bed bugs. ||Never stayed at a Quality Inn and I never will again. 🤢

Gets the job done with no frills. I appreciated the fitness center and breakfast. I had a less than stellar customer service experience shortly after checking in when I took some stained bedding to the front desk to request something cleaner.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. BED BUGS MOLD The owner is reporting my review indicating that he doesn't have my name however as indicated it was a business trip and the room was under my manager's name. I have photos of the bed bugs, google do not remove my post (does anyone know how to post photos in review, option is not available or can locations being reviewed remove the option?) Also if you look at the other reviews they also indicated mold Etc the rooms are disgusting

Positive: "" Negative: The room was filthy, had black mold in the bathroom, the toilet seat was dangerously loose, the curtains were falling off the rod and I have requested a refund because we only stayed 1 of the 3 nights booked. I will not use your services again!!!

Staff was very friendly. Easy to get to. Dining within walking distance. Comfy bed. Soft toilet paper. They had everything we needed for a one night stay on the road.
