I struggle between a 1 and a 2 star review. There were tiny little bugs on the bathroom floor that no one cared to discuss. When we asked Mona the desk clerk for a do not disturb sign she flat out refused and was quite rude about it. I really needed a sign as I was prepping for surgery the next day and no one needed to be involved with that. The morning front desk was kind enough to assist me as was the housekeeper. (Hence the 2 star). The elevator seems very rundown and scary to be in. The pool is cloudy and dirty. There is a sign on the front door that says the entire place is 100% smoke free, yet when you enter all you can smell is smoke, so...it was very hard to find the quality at the quality inn. Sorry.

Friday night, my husband and I came here to stay a couple nights. Location is nice, near a lot of restaurants and stores. But when it came around 10:30 at night. The people in the room next to us were being very loud. We did not sleep well at all. Saturday night it was still very noisy at almost 11:00 at night. I managed to sleep, but I’m disappointed with this hotel. Not quiet at all, people are loud and obviously have no respect for people who are trying to sleep. Got woken up at 6:45 am to people running around in the room above us. And people laughing and talking really loud in the hallways. The breakfast is alright, honestly I have seen better. I won’t be staying here again, honestly don’t recommend it. Unless you wanna deal with the place being super loud and people being disrespectful. And it was not worth the $455 that we paid to stay here. I would rather pay a bit more and stay at best western where I have never had issues like this. And the vending machines were not working properly. Took our money twice and my husband told the lady upfront. Her excuse was “oh it won’t process unless it bends.” It did process 😒 and I wasn’t very happy about that. I mean it’s $4.00 but still, it’s annoying when your just trying to get a couple of drinks and it ends up not coming out or getting stuck.

Front desk lady was rude and uninviting. Both night we stayed there was zero towels to use for after swimming. We asked the gray haired lady twice for towels which she responded to my son in a rude mannner stating " that's all until tomorrow " the second night same deal no pool towels. Another guest who was swimming also realized there where no towels and asked the gray hair front desk lady and was also met with bad customer service. If there are no pool towels you should offer room towels so your guest dont walk in the hall ways with soaking clothes and slip and fall and it be a bigger issue. Bad customer service.

Decent with a big BUT…… We rolled into town and booked this via the Choice app. Reviews were so so, but thought the location looked alright for the price. Room was clean, front desk staff friendly, and breakfast typical of what you’d find. Costco, Walmart, fast food galore within walking distance.

I did a one night stay June 7, 2024-June 8th 2024. 1. The room was dirty. I cleaned it when I got in. There was dirt on surfaces of the fridge and microwave. Also, the handles on the kitchen sink and the knobs of the stove. 2. I picked a suite with a kitchen on purpose so we can cook dinner. No where in the reservation or when I checked in were we informed that pots, plates, cups and silverware couldn't be provided after a certain time due to housekeeping leaving for the evening. I was told that they would send housekeeping with the items in the morning (my check out was 11am), and we could get paper plated in the food area. 3. There was a place in the ceiling on the closet where they didn't put the patch back in, one light didn't work and the remote to the TV in the living area didn't work. There was a burn hole in the top cover of the bed (no smoking allowed) and an ID of someone's stuck in the heater. 4. The pool area was outdated and dirty. It looked like they hadn't cleaned the pool floor in a long time. The hot tub was covered and roped off. 5. The deposit price was quoted as $200 on booking and turned out to be $150 instead, which is great, but the took it out in two $75 increments instead of at once when I swipped my card. I will not stay here again nor would k recommend this location to anyone.

Rooms are spacious but dated. Beds comfy but blanket was stained. Furniture had burns t.v. was pretty small. Breakfast was o.k. but coffee was super weak. Front desk folks were friendly. Hot tub was taped off. Lots of restraunts, gas station and a walmart close by. It'll work for a quality inn.

Stayed June 13th and 14th 2024. I will never stay here ever again. The only thing good was the location, everything else was garbage! Front desk lady was obnoxious. Room was poorly lit and dirty. Had a king bed room and there was green goo (toothpaste?) on one nightstand and food crumbs on the other nightstand. The pillows for the king bed did not have king (or even queen) size pillows, there were 4 square throw size pillows. The bathroom door did not shut/close all the way. Mildew in the shower. Paint was cracking here and there. Fixtures (faucets & switches) were old/worn and looked to be circa 80's/90's. The swimming pool was heavily chlorinate and the walls/floor of the pool looked dirty. The hot-tub was covered up and had 'caution' tape all around it. The view out the window was a corrugated metal wall with barbwire/razorwire on top. With the room being so poorly lit, I wanted to open the curtains to let in outside light, but I kept them closed cause it felt like I was in a prison or something. This place is need of a serious update/renovation. The only good thing was the location being near the freeway, the food options all around, and a costco gas station nearby. The hotel itself was horrid.

Best thing about the whole place was Kimberly the front desk lady she was really nice and knowledgeable about the area and she goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need she even made iced tea and lemonade when it was super hot outside rooms were not worth the price and need to be updated badly but really good breakfast said it had hot tub but hot tub looks like it was not working for a while pool was cool
