Quality Inn & Suites Elko - Hotel in Elko - 3320 Idaho St, USA

Positive: The room was nice a cozy, a little on the small size but I did not mind, and it had a window seat under the window, a lovely touch. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet, I was able to sleep without any noises from upstairs or side occupants. Negative: Not really. I think the breakfast was a bit on the spares side, I would have like to have more options but overall, it was good.

Front desk staff was very helpful, quick check in and out process. Two long blocks away from casino. Starbuckl located in casino is 24 hours. Resonable clean room for the price. Small bathroom with limited counter space. Old stain bathtub. Good working room air conditioner. Small, free parking lot, too small for trailer pulling vehicles. Would think about staying here again.

After a very long trip, we arrived late in the evening. Unfortunately there was zero parking available which is probably due to the fact that the parking area isn’t proportional to the hotel size. After we checked in, we went outside and grabbed our bags and proceeded to the door at the end of the building. We were then greeted by the hotel drug dealer. We quickly scurried to our room where it was immediately discovered that someone had previously wanted to be in the room more than we did as the door had been pried open. The frame was mangled and the door was barely latching. Due to the lack of security we stressed that someone could enter with ease. But we found comfort in knowing that the smoke detector had been removed from the room, and that if a fire broke out we would die peacefully from smoke inhalation. And if you still weren’t sold on staying at this hotel. Don’t worry there’s more to win you over! Did I mention blood borne pathogens??? Yep you heard me right. Blood on the wall! On a positive note the room did have three beds, which is why I generously gave it one star! I hope my review makes your decision to stay here easy!

The service is exceptional! Nassar the manger was extremely good to me and I will always be grateful to him! He is excellent about staying on top of what needs to be done, having a clean environment, making sure the customers were happy and taken care of! Also making sure the staff did what needed to be accomplished to ensure this! It’s very clear Nassar takes a lot of pride in his role and for the hotel! I certainly can appreciate and understand that 100%!! Nassar was wonderful to me, as well as the rest of the staff, front desk, housekeeping, breakfast staff, laundry staff…..everyone!!!! They looked out for me knowing a little of what I am going through! I am very grateful for him and all the staff! Erin is a sweetheart and so great at her job! Not to mention friendly and caring for everyone who stayed at the hotel!! Brooke was very friendly and nice as well! The rest of the staff are also great! They are very nice and polite and will help you with any issues or needs you have! They all are very prompt about it getting your needs taken care of! I loved my stay here! I’m not a complainer but if I had only one thing to say about the rooms is they sometimes had a smell…. it seemed like you could smell that “sleep” smell from previous customers. Do not mistake that for not being clean, the rooms are very clean and nice!! I wouldn’t be back if it wasn’t a good experience!! So much that I’ve stayed here a few times and am back currently for a night! The manager, staff and service out weigh that small detail for me!! Dingy hotel near the highway that was fine for a single night stay while roadtripping. Entire hotel smelled a little mildewy and felt dirty. On the positive side, the price was good, water pressure was decent, bed wasn't uncomfortable, and they provided pretty solid service given that we arrived close to 11 PM. Also, the "fitness center" was the size of a large storage closet. Along with a treadmill, cable weight machine, stationary bike, and one set of 25 pound dumbbells, the room had a strange odor and weird carpeting.

Made our reservation from the road. Expedia's coordinate put us seven miles off course. Rooms we clean, floors recently replaced. Fixtures and cabinetry were outdated and worn. If you're going to update a room, do it ceiling to floor. Cabinets were saying, paint peeling. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good. Glad to see hot chocolate was served.

The owners need to fix the appearance of the hotel. It looks VERY rough, dirty & rundown. The staff looks so sloppy, too and are not very friendly. The gal that checked us in was very kind, but everyone else stared like we were an inconvenience. And they all looked so rough. The night auditor that checked us out was wearing pj’s and looked like he just rolled out of bed. The room was nice for the price but they don’t clean it as well as that sticker on the bathroom mirror says. There was hair trapped in the shower curtain & brown, mildew streaks & dust on the bathroom wall and tile. The faucet still had old toothpaste on it. It was pretty quiet though which was nice. If the owners & managers spent more time paying attention to detail & making sure their staff looked professional, and had better customer service, it could be a really nice little place.

This is one of the best customer service ever, I was received by the manager, that was polite and understanding. Clean room and good breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel, Quality inn Elko. Please check it out.
