A downstairs Room smelled of old mold damage. Most of the furnishings seemed new but, a handful of them probably still need to be replaced. The front desk was very helpful though and let me switch to a better room upstairs.

I was there one night with a friend and their teen and was charged nearly 200 for a room that had a busted safety lock and a deadbolt that didn't lock fully. The smell of Marijuana was so thick at the end that we parked that I was getting a contact buzz. The sink was clogged and slow to drain. Never tried the TV because just there to sleep. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Positive: Decent Location Negative: Hotel priced too high! Remodeling and no parking! I called hotel directly BEFORE booking, asked if hot waffles continental breakfast, was told yes. waffle machine empty! NOTHING to eat except cereal without milk. Coffee grounds in coffee machine!

Spoke with this hotel manager twice before getting into Tennessee and not once was I informed of the construction. The entire area is torn up and a complete disaster. The red clay mud we had to drive through in a rental was ridiculous and tracking it into the car, I knew I would have a cleaning fee if I stayed there. I checked in and went to the room, called Choice Hotels due to booking through them and let them know I wanted this cancelled and I would find somewhere else. I was told by them to go talk to the front desk. So I did. No concern for my complaints from this location and with the "manager" on the phone they told me they were not going to refund me. The Choice Hotels customer service told me to check right back out and they would start a case. When looking back at my invoice after checking out and finding a new hotel, it stated I checked out 2 days later!!! Ummm, no I checked out within 20 minutes of checking in! Shady business and would NEVER stay here. Did get all my money back after weeks of conversation with Choice Hotels but nothing from the manager at this location.

Positive: The room appeared to have been recently renovated. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was a nice modern design. There was a workspace. Check in was fast and friendly. The breakfast seemed adequate although, I did not take anything. Negative: None Negative: ""

This has to be the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. The outside is a construction site and the rooms smell and look like something from a crack house..no I’ve never been to a crack house but I’ve seen one on TV. This place checked all he boxes. I’m planning on calling Choice Hotels and ask if they require their branches to uphold a certain standard. Unlike the other guest complaint we did have hot water.I actually put a towel in the shower to stand on and I checked the bedding and the sheets were clean.DONT STAY HERE!!

STAY FAR AWAY!! Dont let the pictures fool you. This place is absolutely disgusting!! We traveled to attend a wedding, and when we pulled in, the parking lot was torn up, the rooms all smelled like B.O. or cigarette smoke. The rooms were run down and the Management was rude and not at all helpful! We tried to rescind our reservation and they were willing to do nothing for us. There were certainly sketchy people living at the hotel. DO NOT BELIEVE THE OTHER 5 STAR REVIEWS! They were probably compensated to leave them!

Checked ✔️ in after 3am as I am a truck driver. Entire front of the property is under major repairs. Parking lot being constructed. 11am check out requested late check out for 12:30pm No problem. Cleaners came around 12:20 I politely let them know I will be leaving shortly in about 20 minutes then I get a call 📞 from front desk saying it's almost 12:30 & we need to clean. Ok no problem I understand but being that I am here less than 10 hrs don't feel it was nice of them to do that being I selected your location & came at 3am. Stay at your own risk. I will NEVER patronize this location ever again.
