The room was super nice and nice to see nice white sheets, towels and Lord a clean white bathtub. It was nice to have coffee in the morning. My 4 day stay was peaceful and I didn't have to worry about noise. The pool area is beautiful. Ty Quality Inn my stay with you was great. Your Cleaning crew gets a 10⭐ from me. Room was super clean. This is where I'll be staying should I ever need a quiet getaway

On a good note, this is the first hotel that has ever had non gritty floors without carpet. I hate hard floors because they are always dirty and gritty, but this one wasn't. It appeared clean, but when brushing my teeth, it was really gross because the sink smelled just like dirty dog. Then I needed a tissue and it too smelled just like dirty dog. Also, if you don't like dogs, this is not the place for you. While I was bringing my suitcase to my room, a little dog ran up to me. An owner followed and took it off but then I looked up and saw there were a couple more dogs inside the pool area just running around. No leashes. The room served it's purpose. The shower had good water pressure.

I stayed 5+ days and was pleased. Especially with housekeeping (Misty and Conselo) and the restaurant (Julie and cooks) as a whole. The breakfast is delicious and very reasonable! I would definitely come back!

I've stayed here over a dozen times. Never had a problem. 2 weeks ago I had a room that looked like the door had been beaten in, ac make loud noises and couldn't keep the room cool during the day, the woman at the front desk got offended when I asked for more pillows (smallest pillows I've ever seen), and shower water pressure was pathetic. I'll never stay there again

The pictures of this hotel online are not what I saw. The hotel may have looked like this at one time, but that was not my experience. I found the property to be less than clean and run down. The room available to me was not clean, not all of the electrical outlets worked, and the furniture was too worn to be usable. In speaking with other guests, their experience was similar. Choice Hotels are generally nice establishments, so this property saddened me. I will continue to book at Choice Hotels because of their good reputation.

Avoid this place at all cost.S got a room left twenty minutes later His water all over the floor had to throw all the towels on the ground immediately Water leaking out all on the light sockets on the ground. By the air condition in froit's fun. If you're on Destin care at all, talk to the manager they didn't want to refund my money for a room. I didn't even stay in and we're really nasty and didn't even try to let you talk and didn't even care about the safety of anybody so figured I would share my experience so people don't go to the trashy hotel and they should be shut down and they will. Be getting reported. To the county is it's an unsafe place? It shouldn't be allowed to rent rooms out. Hopefully the 2 unprofessional.Ladies at the front desk.See that's including the manager trashy people

Had to stay a bit longer than expected, but it's been fantastic. Our room faced HW 19 and had minimal road noise, I think we had 1 bug? But it's Florida, so that's to be expected. Erica was absolutely amazing to work with this entire stay. Honestly, the whole staff was decent. Thank ya'll!

One night May 17. Worst hotel I have stayed in my life! bed was not clean and had... live crabs crawling all over the sheets, under the cover! seriously? Sandy's (F.D.) was horrible at check in and after I asked for a different room. I could've had sue these people for giving me an STD! Also, breakfast is not included as stayed in CapitalOne Travel and Hooper.
