Positive: The location of this hotel was perfect. The price point was good. The breakfast area was clean. The morning staff person was very kind and helpful! The bed was comfortable and the refrigerator worked well. Negative: This hotel advertises a pool, however the pool was out of order. While it seemed that they had recently replaced the carpet, the room smelled like a dank basement. The air conditioner did not pull the moisture out of the room. Potential mold in bathroom.

Only issue we had was when we arrived on a 100 degree day the air was off in the room. We had the presidential room so it didn't cool (80 degrees) until 3:00am. Room was clean and convenient.

Positive: The room, food, and overall atmosphere was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. The price was also excellent. Negative: Hotel employee helped me the morning of our arrival change the rooms according to our needs. She was wonderful. I am not sure who checked us in, but she was curt and rather rude. I was on the verge of asking her whether I had offended her in some way.

It is not bad. I was only there to sleep and that's it. I did have dog with me. I am aware of pet deposit which it didn't bother me. I just need a room while I am attend to the wedding. Just short two days.

Stopped by on our way to our new house in another state last minute, and they were able to give us a room for 2 adults and 5 kids. It was an amazing night's sleep when you've been traveling in a car for more than 12 hours. Very much needed comfort, especially with kids. The employees were really nice to my kids and made sure they felt welcome. In the morning, we had breakfast before we left, and they made sure we knew where things were for our breakfast. This was our best experience with any last-minute stop we've ever had.

Positive: Location. Negative: My first room smelled so bad that I had to change rooms. The carpets definitely need cleaning. They smell awful and cause the rooms to smell. The first room felt like the toilet was going to fall. My second room had cobwebs on the headboard and lampshades

Our fault but Didn't realize only beds were standard size, nothing larger. Ac don't work very well, charged full amount at check in instead of hold until check out. Mold all over bathroom ceiling which caused us to be sick. No exhaust fan, which wouldve prevented it. No privacy curtains, so street light and sun constantly in our eyes. First time here, not impressed and won't be back for next years trip to area.

No water in pool Wrong room false advertisement Slimy brown water Charged twice in middle of night Management said she would personally remove my card because it kept charging my card even thought I paid cash but they needed a card on file. When confronting management about second charge on card she was very quick to shut me down saying these "invisible numbers" up in the air saying I won't be charged but the only reason I didn't get charged is because I turned my card off because the sane thing happened before at a different hotel. If I were you, I would avoid this place and stay next door at Hampton, SO MUCH BETTER and you can actually use the pool over there and you get the room that you actually book.
