VERY UNSAFE!!!!!!! BEWARE! I'm a mom traveling with my 17 yr old daughter. We checked in late about 1am to get some sleep before we continued to travel. We had to change rooms because the 1st room was smoking and my daughter has asthma and severe allergies. The front desk wouldn't answer the phone and we had to walk up to the front to talk to them. She didn't want to switch rooms until we asked for a refund. Now all of a sudden they can switch our room. Then in the new room the latch was faulty and broken. The phone did not work! The front desk gave a STRANGER our hotel key to our room and someone was pushing our door open at 2am while we slept. Luckily I had barricaded the door so this man couldn't completely walk in. I screamed so loud I lost my voice for a bit. They staff handled themselves poorly. They made me feel like I was being unreasonable. They didn't offer for us to come into the lobby to wait even though we were two females that felt completely unsafe waiting outside the locked up lobby of this hotel waiting for the manager to be called and to get a refund so we could leave and drive all night without any sleep. I wanted to be checked out immediately in fear for my 17 yr old daughter and my own safety. I filed a report. I had to threaten to call the police before I got any kind of reaction or action from them. I hope to God they reevaluate their safety issues. I was prepared for the room not to be perfect, but UNSAFE? They should have put two females traveling alone in safer room and not given a stranger the key to our room a hour after checking us in. It was dead there! They should have at least tried to be understanding and they were gaslighting me the whole, entire time. They should be ashamed!!

Ok so, boom! I knew that this hotel was located in a sketch area, but looking at the pictures online, I was bamboozled and willing to give this place a try. I didn't check the google reviews like a dummy. Anyway, I (black female) arrived (alone) and the receptionist checked me in but charged my card twice stating that the system had some kind of error. When I brought the extra charge to her attention, she was adamant that I was mistaken. So I called my bank while I was right there in the lobby. My bank confirmed that I had been charged twice which started the long fiasco of ensuring that the additional charge fell off, which it did after over a week. After that the receptionist hands me a room key and then says my room number out loud in the hearing range of at least three other persons that were randomly sitting in the lobby. Again, I am alone. I looked her in her eyes and basically told her, absolutely not. Give me a new room and write the room number down instead of blurting it out. She does this while looking at me like I'm nuts but, I refuse to be on an episode of Forensic Files. Anyway, I drive around and notice that the entrance to the rooms are located outside so anyone can walk in from anywhere and be right outside your door. I also noted that there weren't any cameras. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. I didn't even get out of my car, I just drove back to the check-in area and requested a refund. The receptionist asked if there was something wrong with the room, to which I replied that I didn't even get out of my car to look at the room. I just felt unsafe and would not be staying. She then "calls her boss" to ask if it was alright to refund me. Like, what?! I guess the person on the phone asked why I was leaving and the receptionist told her it was because I didn't like my room. Liar! She didn't mention that she had overcharged me or that she had screamed out my room number. Extremely shady and unsafe, especially if you're a female traveling alone.

They are scammers!! Ran my card twice and tried to charge me twice for a room. When I showed her my transactions to show her my money was taken, called the bank to see what the issue was and was informed of the two transactions she tried to take. Had to call the cops because that’s was the only money I had to book a room and she wouldn’t give me a correct receipt and wouldn’t provide me with a name as well to inform my bank about the situation. Ended not staying and not receiving my refund. Front desk lady is rude, disrespectful and kept rolling her eyes when we tried to prove to her the transaction went through. Never coming near this place. STAY AWAY THEY ARE FRAUDULENT.

On June 13 2024 When we arrived they had people hanging around in the alleyway smoking crack . The Fridge was Rusty and rigged closed.They didn’t wanna give any towels except the ones that we already use. They only had waffles for breakfast at checkout the man at the front counter ran to go check the room before giving me my deposit back.. also room next door had cockroaches 😡😡

Front desk lady refused to check me in and demanded I pay for the room twice. I booked & paid through Chase (vendor was Expedia). Booking was confirmed by both Expedia and the hotel. However, when I went to check in, she said that she wasn’t directly paid so I would need to pay for the room in person and ask Expedia for a refund… never heard of such a thing. I spend 1.5 hrs in the phone with chase & Expedia in the middle of the night trying to figure out what the issue was. Turns out, there was no issue and she was just trying to scam me and charge me twice. Absolutely unacceptable. I don’t want to be rude but she should not be working there.

If you like sleeping with cockroaches you should look no further. This place should be condemned. If you walk barefoot your feet turn BLACK. Towels were dirty with pubic hairs. Aroma of marijuana woke us on and off. Run from this place and Quality Inn Corporation ....you should be ashamed.

All management and clean staff are Hindu and speak very limited English, the owner's relative wears only black shirt? Stands there grinning like a monkey while you are talking to him, shaking his head like he understands you, but doesn't, lots of drugs at night from the Eatonville area, saw 3 Afro-American women fighting at pool, and most importantly manager/ owner doesn't like bad reviews, last time I posted, she was at my door 5 minutes later telling me we had to leave, cause "WE NO HAPPY" LOL

Never had such rude service To act as if the rooms are top notch shape I won't even begin but for check out to be a certain time and for them to come stand at the door 20-30 min before and just stand there is insane
