My stay at the Quality Inn & Suites Airport/Cruise Port Hollywood was exceptionally pleasant, thanks in large part to Mr. Victor, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, his helpful demeanor and attentiveness made a significant difference. He was attentive to my needs, he was personable and welcoming. He was prompt in helping me with an upgraded room. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of travel. The amenities were also top-notch, contributing to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. Overall, I would highly recommend the Quality Inn for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations, and I look forward to returning on future trips.

We had a great experience! Cable service could be better but everything else was great. We got a nice, clean, and very spacious room with a large sofa. It was perfect for our puppy 🐶 Great location close to Hard Rock Stadium. Staff was friendly. Thank you Victor for your attention!

Dear Quality Inn & Suites Hollywood Boulevard Team, I hope this message finds you well. My name is Vivian Danielle Silva, and I was a guest at your hotel, with my brother: Humberto Silva (I am using his Google profile to try to reach you), from June 13th to June 15th, 2024. Upon check-in, a security deposit of $100 was charged to my account. During the checkout process on June 15th, I was informed that the security deposit would be refunded within five business days. As of today, July 2th, 2024, I have not received the refund. When I contacted my bank, my manager account requested proof of my checkout and the promise of the security deposit refund. I kindly request that you provide me with the following: A voucher or proof of my checkout on June 15th, 2024. Written confirmation of the promised security deposit refund. An updated timeline for when I can expect to receive the refund. I tried so many times send an email by your website and get NO answear. Also tried to call on your phone number... no answear as well. Any prompt assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated, as I need to resolve this issue with my bank as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention and cooperation. Too far from cruise port and terminal, it's actually in Hollywood. They charge $15 each for the shuttle. My room smelled moldy and 4 remotes later they still couldn't figure out how to work the tv. I won't stay here again.

My cousin rented the room (this is her account) 3 weeks first time, 4 weeks second time and about the same I believe coming up. The ONLY reason we go is because our bathroom is being remodeled. The picture is the towels they didn't collect so we kept putting them in the tub so the baby didn't get into them. Not sure why the place is even in business they don't follow simple requests. Very difficult if you don't speak Spanish to get a confirmation of your request. Sad that it's so expensive when I've had to go to doctors and pick up medicine too all because they can't clean well. Prime location for locals, close to Dade County plus there's Casinos and restaurants and the mall is 7 miles out West. If only. Think the high reviews are probably employees or short stay guests. The fees they charge for the place you'd think you're getting Hard Rock but nope it's Hard Luck instead.

Access rooms from outside, but it is quiet there, so that wasn't a problem. The rooms weren't expensive at all and looked nice and clean. The internet TV SUCKS, they should invest in better internet or some cable service. Great service, comfortable beds, and free wifi

The rooms were very nice, and an excellent value for the price. The location is great and we had no problem finding a parking spot. The continental breakfast was good and the staff here are pretty friendly.

For the price tag per night I was hoping at least a clean room. The price is not on par with the quality of the service or the rooms. There is a high humidity/ moisture smell in the rooms , the bathroom is just tiny. The beds are old and the mattress low quality. Definitely not a good experience
