I love staying here when I'm on vocation .. the staff is great and Front Desk Meghyn has great customer service. The beds are comfortable and the water gets hot in the shower... over all nice Hotel for vacation... Between 2 shopping centers I love shopping so that's great for me

A Convenient location with clean rooms, Victor at the front desk was very professional and welcoming while handling my reservation. I have been to this location more than three times, and each time has been a great experience. I highly recommend it.

Victor from the front desk was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. We had 2 rooms during our stay and they were both very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels. Air conditioner kept room real cold and beds were cozy. We spent lots of time in the pool because we had kids with us. The pool was both clean and refreshing. The water was a perfect temperature. One of the staff members brought us out pool towels without us even asking. All the staff that we encounter during our stay was very friendly. There are several restaurants, a couple convenient stores, and a gas station within walking distance. There is both a Walmart and a Target within driving distance on the same road . The kids loved the little lizards that were running around.

What can I say, the check-in experience was awesome. The room was clean and very comfortable. The pool is awesome. The location is very good to the Hard Rock casino. Lots of restaurants in the area. But the big difference is always the people and the service that you get and that was top-notch.

I wrote a review for this hotel on the booking app but I don’t see it so I’m going to re-write it. These were the most rude unprofessional people that I have ever experienced. The guy at the front desk his name was Victor and there was this other Chinese guy absolutely horrible worse attitude ever. I never got to experience this hotel and I have a dispute open with my bank to get my money back. Me and my family drove 14 hours we just had this hotel booked for just one night, I wasn’t aware about a $100 deposit because every hotel we have stayed at we never had any issues and having to pay extra money I found that ridiculous for a 2.5, 3 star hotel. Instead of them trying to help they just ignore us standing in the lobby making it seem as if we were bothering them when just trying to find another alternative and solution. Do not stay here this is the worse service I ever received. If I could give a 0 I would.
