Quality Inn & Suites - Hotel in Owego - 1100 NY-17C, USA

They forgot to add the word ‘Low’ in front of Quality… there were blood stains on the floor, and milk under the coffee tray. We woke up and spotted a bed bug crawling in the sheets. Imagine how many there were that weren’t visible to the eyes. I’ve been to Quality Inn twice, and will probably never go there again.

Was OK till I saw my bill they ask it I had pets I said yes got a ground floor with sliding door to out side was OK. When I saw my banking account saw they charged me 21.60 2 times which would been OK if they had said if you have more then 1 Animal there would be a charge for both of the 2 5 lbs dogs so be aware they charge for each animal u have even if support animals....and when I called about they talk to live I was Sneaking them in. That's why I let him walk in the lobby with me. Write buy the front desk can you cause I was sneaking two dogs and lmao

The pool sucks. Everything just sucks about the hotel it’s dirty here pool was very cold and besides the people being nice it’s expensive breakfast is a joke, stale cereal. The waffles are very nasty. I got to my hotel room the tub was dirty. I had to personally wash it. Myself the sink was stopped up.

the hotel staff / employees and management are very nice , helpful and friendly . i have been staying at this hotel on a regular basis . they always seem to be very accommodating for me as their guest knowing that I travel with my Pet . this hotel is somewhat old but the rooms I stay in with my pet are good and decent . they just installed new laminate flooring in the pet friendly rooms . i will say the beds in the pet friendly rooms are very comfortable !!!! this hotel is good enough for me and my pet to stay when I am traveling . i just wish they would mow the grass more often outside the pet friendly rooms along the river and clean up the trash / garbage that messy disrespectful lazy guests leave behind .

Positive: The front desk clerk who checked me out in the morning was a vast improvement over the young woman who checked me in. He smiled, was personable, and acted like he enjoyed his job. He was the one bright spot in the entire experience. Negative: The girl who checked me in was not welcoming nor friendly. The halls and elevator were dingy,guests were in the hall, talking (loudly) on cell phones,lighting was dim,there was a toilet on a cart in the hall,room smelled & was damp,no way to close drapes Negative: ""

This is far and away the most wild hotel experience I've had. Buckets in the hallway catching water from the leaking ceilings. There is extensive water damage throughout the place and it is evident nobody is making an effort to address the cause, just treat the symptoms. There are disabled cars in the parking lot. They were either damaged here or they were dropped off by a tow truck, but regardless, it doesn't bode well. Get them out of here. Place is a dump.

Overall it was clean but many updates are needed. The ceiling had water damage stains from a prior leak. Mattress needs replacing. The Microwave was dirty. The room seemed dark even with the lights on. The balcony was a very nice feature overlooking the water and lighthouse. The staff was very friendly, pleasant and informative.

Will not come back here anymore. Had a bed bug in my first room. Was so tired from my hike- after eating and resting for 2 hours on the couch- went to bed around 11. Got itchy past 11- thinking it was my allergic reaction to a temperature. Took off my blanket. And the. Exactly 12:15 am- felt so thing bit my right forearm. I jumped and check the bed- found 2 bed bugs.
