Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and the bathroom was updated and spotless with a nightlight, strong shower head and all the little extras on the counter. A.C. was cold but quiet. Breakfast was good with bagels, make your own waffles, strong coffee, yogurt, juices, sausage, eggs, biscuits and the attendant was on her game! We were going to stay at the Marriot for $200 but then saw they didn't have breakfast for that price! So glad we chose Quality Inn. I highly recommend staying here!
Definitely seen better days. The hotel has a lot of deferred maintenance. The front desk is vacant and you ring a bell. They are definitely irritated when you need help. I'd recommend you stay somewhere else if you can
I had a good stay when visiting for the weekend! The staff was helpful as they helped me when I wanted to add an extra night! The room was comfortable and clean! The breakfast was good! There is a Culver’s right next to it which is walking distance from the hotel so it was good to stop by for the day!
Positive: Great Location Negative: Hotel employee was the rude, arrogant front desk staff that made everything tougher. Room had peeling paint in shower and ac barely worked
Good location. Very warm front desk except for the heavy set, dude. I stayed next to the side exit. It was not nice. Came almost 11:10pm to check in. Stayed out the next day till 9p.m. Breakfast on checkout day was quite good. Limited options, though.
It's Friday night we're on the bottom floor and the "Owners" are outside our window blasting music and yelling. Which I get it... it's Friday night, HOWEVER this is a place of business. Not to mention it's 9:33 pm. Went to ask front desk if they can ask them to keep it down and I was told there is nothing they can do. Due to the fact they're the owners. Wouldn't recommend this hotel unless it's a situation of no other choice. *(Bad Business)*
Mary is amazing! Not only did she make sure that all of our needs were met, she took her time to find out what we were interested in and gave us suggestions of things to do in the area. Her customer service skills are phenomenal! She really understands how to put the customer first which you don't see a lot of these days.
Booked through Cheerwine Festival so there was to be a prepaid card awaiting at checkin (room price was jacked $50 accordingly). Checked in - no card. That may or may not have been on Quality Inn, but the attitude I got at the desk was 100% on the counter staff. Dusmissive and rude. The room reeked of smoke. AC was loud. Coffee and tea had been in the room for over a year, accirding to the date codes on the packets. The biodegradable covers for the drinking cups had started to biodegrade. Booked for two nights, left after one. QI still charged the higher with gift card rate even though it was not supplied. 100% worst stay ever and will absolutely never use Quality Inn again.
Great atmosphere. The staff are always pleasant, eager to help out anyway they can. Breakfast on time and always has a good selection to choose from. The rooms are clean and smell really nice. I wanna give a shout out to the young lady and gentlemen
I stayed for over 3 months and Janette and the staff were Great! I highly recommend this hotel for a nice safe stay. Thank you very much Janette and Affordable Suites of America in Salisbury NC.
Best gym in town. Has everything you need . The owners are the best they care about their guests. The equipment is always clean and operational. Come and visit you will love it.
We were heading back from Renaissance Festival near Charlotte and found this place along the way back to Raleigh. I called ahead of time to make sure they could make sure they could accommodate gluten free as well, since two of us have Celiac. They s
Today was the perfect day to grab some lunch where we could stand outside and eat. Extremely simple concept and menu. It works so well! We ordered 2 hot dogs with chili and mustard and 1 cheeseburger all the way (mustard, chili & onions). The burger
It's probably one of the best tasting steaks I have ever eaten in N.C. The broccoli 𥦠casserole was delicious! The salad ð¥ was very good as well and they give you a nice portion.
This restaurant was suggested by the hotel clerk while on my business trip. I took the other managers here for dinner before our busy day. Our waitress was Nevaeh and she was absolutely phenomenal. She went over the items and made suggestions on our
